Damaged straw and customer service is beyond useless. Three emails and a thirty minute phone call. They didn’t have the straw and told me to call back.

Bought as a replacement part for later, 1st still rockin after 3 years of work.
We notice right a way when it stop working and you will miss itI am so happy to have it back to work because that’s the way I love my morning latte
Very disappointed to find out it does not work because you quit making the milk container that goes with my coffee maker.
Convenient to have several of these handy if you use different milks to make different types of expressions.
