Terrible. Our basset is 49 lbs, a full 6 lbs under the upper range of their large size, and I have to put the diapers on him sideways to get them to just barely fit around his waist. Worse than that, there's very little actual diaper to these so he often has leaks. I spent $17 on these hoping that these would be more comfortable and convenient than using human diapers. I want my $17 back.

These are rather smallish. Hubby measured our Labradors waist and they barely fit our Labrador pup.The adhesive doesn’t allow for repeat on and off but we solved this problem by using masking tape.It was really handy having these for car travel and for in the home.
My dog will wiggle out of clothing or shoes, but she accepts this diaper. It hold liquid very well and skin dry. Highly recommend to anyone.
Purchased XL diapers, but they fit our 12.5yr old Labrador who weights 48kg.
I bought these for a beautiful quadriplegic dog. They make life just that much easier for his owner. Great fit and so good to have that opening for his tail . It cuts down the clean up!
Even though I placed the diaper on my dog snuggly and secured the tabs properly, it didn't stay on. My dog is almost 14 years old with arthritis and other health issues, so her energy level is very low and it takes her a bit to get up and move from one place to another. Still, the diaper was on the floor, unsoiled the next morning and the tab on one side had come undone. I was left to clean up her "accident" off of my kitchen floor before work since the diaper failed to do its job! Not the way I wanted to start my day!
The quality is good, but there needs to be a larger size for big dogs
brought these for my dog suffering from incontinence. so disappointed in these. they did not absorb any liquid and leaked almost immediately. they also had the tendency to slide down or move around as my dog walked or lay to sleep. do not recommend
