Bought this today. Food consistently gets stuck coming out of the chute after a small number "servings", after which it wouldn't dispense any food (or like, 1 piece at a time) until I took it apart and manually cleared it. I could reproduce this consistently, no matter how full the top was. This means I couldn't rely on this to consistently feed my pet, which is kind-of its one job. Serving size is arbitrary -- seemed to be somewhere between 3 and 4 grams but varied a lot from run to run.

It has only 6 meals. The manual is not informative or useful. It didn't inform you that you have to set up the meals one by one or the weight of each portion. The feeder doesn't inform you when it is running out of biscuits.
In theory good but very inconsistent — food regularly gets stuck so nothing comes out or only a tiny part of a portion. Means I have no real idea of how much my cat is eating — which was one of the reasons for getting this. When it works, it’s great but my cat risks starving or getting more food than she needs the way it currently functions. Wish there had been more reviews when I purchased - not sure I can get my money back now.
Overall a great product, just a few other features would have made this a perfect product. A shame there is no app for this product for setup and Unfortunately the number of servings did not match the rated 5g/serving. We had to do some modifications to the servings to ensure our cat was given his correct amount of daily food spread out over several meals/times. Once we were confident with the amount of foods being dispensed it has been a blessing. Our cat no longer relies on us to be home to be fed. There has been no need to use the microphone as our cat hears the machine and kibbles hitting the tray!
This feeder has been amazing. Was really easy to set up and the cat loves not having to wait for me to get home from work to be feed.
Very reliable feeder with a variety of plans. I can leave my cat for a day or 2 knowing he will be feed. My kitty is known to break into cat biscuit bags and containers. He hasn’t broken into Dogness F12. Very happy with the purchase and do recommend.
