I have used this in a lasagna in the past but it's a fairly flexible sauce. can use it for Bolognese or just to do with an emergency paster. it is a bit on the bland side. but you just adjusted the seasoning according to taste. I personally like a touch of chilli.

Jar sauce is never going to be as good as a quality home made fresh sauce but this is a very well flavoured quick alternative. Perfect for anyone short on time or watching the pennies this makes for a quick dinner that doesn't break the bank. I like the fact that there is a lot of veg in this sauce and the sugar content isn't excessively high.

I used this sauce when preparing a spread for a gathering of friends. I used half for a traditional beef lasagna and half for a salmon lasagna. Both worked well with a good flavour and texture. Very convenient and this large jar of sauce went a long way. Very tasty.

Great size jar for a large lasagne, tastes sweeter than I would aim for with a homemade sauce but still has a great flavour. It is quick and convenient making it great for a filling midweek meal. We only have a small family so this jar makes a much larger lasagne than we needed but this just meant we froze the leftovers and it made another nights meal.

This large sized jar is great value, I love this sauce and find it really versatile. Even though it's sold as lasagne sauce,I actually use it for all sort….a great topping for a chicken tray bake, as the base for a soup and on its own as a pasta sauce. It's a great tasting sauce and a love,y smooth texture too
