Very disappointed. Bought this to replace my Engle, second weekend use will not work on 12 volt. Spoiled food both fridge and freezer, extremely unhappy and most disappointed in this product. I don't recommend you buy this item.

This little unit is brilliant. It's 25 Litres and well designed inside, so there's plenty of room for large bottles to stand up. It goes all the way down to -22 deg celsius, and I have had no issues running it at -15 in my garage for 2 weeks straight in Sydney while the daytime temps have been well in the 30s. It ran for 8 hours at -15 (in 30+ ambient) off a 15Ah lithium battery. Also ran for 24 hours at 2deg (in 30+ ambient) off the same lithium 15Ah battery and only used half the battery capacity. I've used it at the beach, running off a battery with the protective cover and on the Dometic folding stand. Plenty of cold drinks and room to spare. Takes up less than half of the space in my beach trolley, so very happy with that aspect too. I really like the drain ... MoreThis little unit is brilliant. Great little car fridge which is light and extremely power efficient. Coupled with the free cover and stand, this was an amazing purchase.
Great as a small fridge/freezer for when you don't need something much larger. Good quality and quite in the rear of the 4x4. Plus as a bonus come with a free ice box for when you don't need a fridge.
Really happy with this brand. This is our second Dometic fridge. We have a big 95 in the canopy. This one is our drink fridge for when we are travelling, continue that use when we are parked up. Worked really well. Couldn't fault the prompt dispatch of our order from this local business as well. Really happy customers and not just because of the scotch filled fridge.

BIG! Heavy. A little loud. But: way more than makes up for it by 1) low power draw 2) otherwise (pump not running) silent 3) such a great way to orient foods while on the road - vertically, GREAT orientation of controls and reversible lids, WINNER.
