I bought this to upgrade our absorption fridge in our Jayco lark camper trailer. It was a straightforward swap out which only took 3 or 4 hours. This fridge is so good keeping our stuff cool just like our house fridge and it draws very little power. Can run for a couple of days on our batteries or inverter. Such a good buy. Exactly the same dimensions as the absorption fridge so it is a good job to upgrade.

We were replacing an existing model, so purchased this Fridge Freezer, which would occupy the similar space. We were fitting this model onto our Grand Banks Boat. Without doubt, they are the most efficient fridge/freezers for the boating industry. The interior is well designed, including a small freezer space. We also purchased the surround kit, so that the installation achieved the best look, in addition to the fridge itself. The whole package was $1800, which is a lot of money for the size of a bar fridge style, however the power efficiency is essential. We looked at a range of 12/240v fridge/freezers and this model was the most expensive of all the models we compared, however the look, sizing and overall appearance won the day. A very good product, but expensive.

We are planning a lap of Aus very soon and needed a fridge that was the perfect capacity but not too huge! When we found out the new NRX was available we jumped on it. The amp draw of this dometic was quite low, it looks awesome, freezer space is generous considering other options on the market and most of all you can use as 12v or 240v so if you need to remove from vehicle you always have a bar fridge!
Absolutely ripper fridge, only purchased due to a 3 way fridge failing on 240 volt. Glad it did! as the dimensions externally are almost identical but it's 20 litres bigger internally & is heaps more efficient & almost silent. 1st trip weather was in the 30's and this little fridge kept up a treat definitely give it AAA rating! Super happy
The CRX110 being the upgrade to the CR110 was a no brainer as the last one served us well for 9 years in a 4x4 motor home. It went thousands of kilometres over corrugations and tens of thousands on rough country back roads. All in all that old fridge was a warrior. It kept going in temps from -2c to 45c. It is a must to have them anchored properly to a frame, and to have plenty of ventilation. This new one is space age by comparison, having a an LED light which is triggered by a sensor, not a mechanical switch. I have left one star to see if is as durable as the last. The fan/compressor is noticeable when running, however, it is more efficient than the old one therefore rarely comes on during the night.
