These are the absolute best blades Ive ever tried ! I use these in my Rockwell T2 , and my Gillette adjustable razor , these blades are long lasting, and smooth, I like these blades so much I bought 2,000 of them ,just in case they arent available in the future, I doubt Ill outlive these my blades. Use a good quality shaving soap ,( like VanDerhagen), a mug and brush , lather up , put one in a adjustable razor, start at the one setting and start shaving, after each swipe adjust your razor up a notch, when you start to feel the blade, back it back down 1/2 to 1 number , and its set , no razor burn or bumps, just smooth shaves .

I’m a licensed master barber I’ve been cutting hair for 32 years I’ve used probably over a hundred different brands box razors. These are by far the sharpest cleanest cutting razors I’ve ever seen, used or heard about. The difference is night and day it’s as if the razor has shaving gel infused into it. You don’t need any shave gel or cream with these razors they are that sharp!! They last long too but as per the law, barbers have to change blades after each client. Using them on myself I can shave about five times before they start to dull

I get as good a shave with these blades as with the Gillette Platinum Plus blades. They are sharp and hold a good edge for two to three weeks. Now, I don't have a very hard beard and I usually only shave 3 to 4 times a week. But, if I can get three weeks out of a blade, I am pretty happy. Do I need to go into the costs of Gillette Platinum Plus Blades. Yes I do. I bought several packs a few months back, around the end of January. A nine blade pack cost me $3.00 on clearance at a local grocery. To get a box of 100 blades of similar quality for only $10.00 is a very hard bargain to beat. I am glad I got two boxes. I will have blades to last me for years! If you need a double edge blade, I highly recommend getting the Dorco Prime blades. Better than Dorco standard blade. I get four shaves out of a blade with my Feather razor. It's my opinion the Feather razor is a mild cutting razor. I get three shaves no matter what blade I use with my Merkur 34c razor. It is my opinion Merkur 34c is a more aggressive razor. I believe once you find the razor that's perfect for you it's time to find the best blade for you and that razor. Dorco Prime is not as sharp as a feather blade, but is nearly as sharp, and holds the edge longer. Currently my best results are Dorco Prime blade with Feather razor. Standard Dorco blade with Merkur 34c. Both blades are a good value. I have been shaving for 50 years... the razors today once you have mastered the learning curve will give you the best shave ever. I'm still a bit of a "newby" to D/E (double edge) shaving, having moved away from "mega-blade" cartridges. I use a Merkur Futur D/E razor (for it's weight and feel) and have tried NUMEROUS blades, with varying degrees of success. These Dorcos have proven to be an EXCELLENT choice for me personally. They've given me a "glassy smooth" finish with no irritation or razor rash. And price wise, the cost is MORE THAN reasonable. If you have sensitive skin like myself, I HIGHLY recommend these blades.
These are nice forgiving blade that will give a smooth clean shave.I had little expectations when I started using these in my razor but quickly found them to provide a nice shave with little effort.I found them slightly sharper to the Derby (greens) blades so I quickly learned to reduce the pressure when shaving a certain area across my neck (My personal "nick zone").I like these blades and prefer them over the Derby and some of the Astra blades I have (the Astra are bonkers sharp so go careful using them)I use them in an Edwin Jagger DE89 - A Jagen David B40 - and the Shave Factory Razor (they only sell the one model) - all very satisfactory. Will I buy again – YES
I have tried numerous blades and finally settled with these blades being my favorite. The quality of the Dorco Prime are top notch, don't buy the other Dorco st300 they do not provide as many shaves, I have tried all the expensive blades, Feather Polsilver, Balzano, etc. In my opinion they have nothing over the Primes other than price. I know everyone is different but seriously everyone I got to try these really liked them and for them being mid priced but outperforming does not hurt either. There is a generic I like also Laser Ultras but these are cheaper than the lasers so I just stay with them. Other notable blades that are further down my list but still worthy of mention, Rapira Platinum, Sputnik, Voskhod, permasharp, Astra Platinum. I shave about once per week so 100 blades is going to last quite a while.I got a mix of different blades from a DE razor i bought that the seller included as a "gift" a year+ ago, some were surprisingly dull fresh out of the package, but the Dorco Prime Platinum were nice. Sharp but not too sharp, smooth but not so slick you lose control, they held an edge for about 3 good shaves before they started pulling. These *new* blades are not as good as the old stock "gift" blades, You'll get 1 good shave out of them, the second shave you have to flip and or rotate the blade before you're done. You could manage a 3rd but it won't be comfortable, which if you're a cheapskate like me you'll find disappointing. The upside is these blades are inexpensive and you'll get 2 ... MoreI shave about once per week so 100 blades is going to last quite a while.I got a mix of different blades from a DE razor i bought that the seller included as a "gift" a year+ ago, some were surprisingly dull fresh out of the package, but the Dorco Prime Platinum were nice. Probably.
After using these for nearly a year, they are by far my favorite razor blades. They give a very close shave while still managing to keep my skin healthy. Most other razors I've tried cause razor burn after only a few days of use (even when starting with a new blade every day). I have a moderately thick beard, but I can use these razors for three or four days before they start to feel significantly duller. At this price though, it hardly matters if you use a new one every day: the cost per shave is extremely cheap. This pack of 100 blades has lasted me several months, costing a fraction of what I would have spent on cartridge or even disposable razors.
These are extremely sharp and durable blades. Dorco Prime Platinum blades provide a very smooth, comfortable shaving experience with very little skin irritation. These are a good economic value when purchased in bulk. Since another major razor blade manufacturing company began their "woke" advertisement campaigns, I took my toxic masculinity and money to other razor blade manufacturers and I found these. I've been using them since. I'm very happy and satisfied with these razor blades, and I'm certain you will also.
