I've had my issues with this soap, it's a little drying, it's scented which is harsh on the skin. However, after using other bands and getting terrible rashes, breakouts, severe dry patches I realized Dove is good compared to other brands. My skin reacted well to this compared to other brands that claim they are gentle. It cleans dirt, oil, and makeup well. And it breaks me out less than the other bar soaps I've tried. I think they still use some dyes to make it super white, which I don't like, but at least it's pure white and not colored with a lot of dyes. It doesn't contain all natural herbs like I'm allergic to, so that's good.
