Dove Deep Moisturizing Shower Gel is the best shower gel I have ever used. It's so thick that you only need a little bit to fully lather your entire body. The first few times I used it, I ended up using too much as I got used to using other shower gels that are nowhere near as thick and rich as the deeply moisturizing body wash. It also has a very pleasant fragrance, which only increases how great this product is. I was extremely surprised at the size of the bottle received, 34 fluid ounces. The pump makes it extremely easy to use and also gives the user good control over the amount of shower gel used at any time. This product definitely deserves the name Dove. It perfectly moisturizes your skin. My skin definitely feels softer after each use. I love this product 🥰

Dove lathers up with only a little wash on my loofah and is incredibly soft on the skin. For the comment saying it doesn't have a pleasant smell. I don't notice any scent at all. So if you want something scented/smell great this probably isn't for you. It's more so to help DEEPLY moisturize dry skin and for sensitive skin types. I absolutely love this Body Wash and have never felt so clean and soft. I highly recommend this product and am sure that you will like it as well.

I will definitely make sure he always has this available so as to never return to the state he was in!!For myself, I have used this for quick refreshing with wipes during the day, fully washing, as well as shaving, and am extremely impressed!! I’ve been shaving with hair conditioner for years as it’s been the only product that didn’t result in severely dry skin, ingrown hairs, and rashes, until now! This did everything the hair conditioner did in terms of hair removal, avoiding in-growns, and those gawd-awful rash-like pimples, but actually left my skin feeling so soft and smooth, it felt more like I’d waxed than shaved!! It was incredible!! My skin is normal/dry/combination but gets significantly drier, and itchier, in the winter months. I wish I’d tried this product months ago as it would have avoided the worst winter ever for my skin; I’ve literally woken up bleeding from scratching in my sleep, or just waking up to scratch because my skin has been so severely dehydrated!! Other products I’ve tried have over-moisturized or left my skin feeling oily and causing pimples/blackheads! This product moisturizes but washes off clean, with no ‘moisturizing’ residue left behind causing new problems! Dove Deep Moisture makes some big claims, and actually delivers on them!! Not to mention the classic Dove soap smell that is so good and soothing in itself, they should really make it into a candle! It smells so great and refreshing, but never lingers on skin or interferes with any perfumes or other scented products I’ve used, which can be a big problem!! I am so happy with this product, and the ability to finally sleep all night without itching/scratching/bleeding! It’s a total game-changer for my family!! New formula is awful--would not recommend at all!

Dove, what have you done with the formula and why?! I have extremely sensitive skin, and for the past 6 years this body wash was the only thing I could use that wouldn't cause any sort of irritation. It was legitimately far better than all of the expensive, high-end products I'd tried. Whatever was changed with this newest formula is terrible, and I can no longer use it. Not only is it now causing irritation, but it leaves a weird residue on my skin after showering and certainly isn't as moisturizing as the original formula. The scent is also different, and it now smells more like men's body wash. The consistency of the new formula is more watery than the nice creamy consistency of the original, too. Poor New Package Design

Loved this body wash until the new packaging. Not only is the new bottle 2 less ounces, but it’s very difficult to dispense in the squeeze bottle. I usually buy this for myself and my elderly mother and the design of the new smaller opening continuously gets clogged and you can’t get anything out. It used to be an easy 1 handed operation, now you need 3 hands to hold your body pouf and squeeze the bottle. I guess it will last longer now even with the 2 less ounces since I can’t get much of the product out. I never had to unclog the old bottle. And when it does dispense, the amount is less and doesn’t lather like before. I can’t squeeze it that long. A poor design. I can’t purchase this any longer because it’s too hard to use for me and my mother. We will look for ... MoreLoved this body wash until the new packaging.
