I've always been a body wash person, and tried many fancy good smelling ones. Most of us probably have a few pimples on our bodies here and there, like on the chest or back. I do too, never thought much of them. Accidentally stumbled upon people discussing what they use for the body and especially for down there if you're a girl. So many apparently use Dove sensitive bars because their dermatologist recommended them so I decided to give it a shot, because why not? Well, those bars cleared my body acne in two days... And overall my skin and body seem to be much happier and less irritated since I switched. The bars also lather nicely and have a pleasant mild scent to them. As much as I loved body washed, I think I'll stick to those bars

It's always available in a multi-pack and I purchase it since it regularly goes on sale, which makes it an economic choice. It even works as a facial cleanser when a regular one isn't available. And finally, its minimal packaging (simply a box to recycle and a slim piece of plastic film to dispose) means it's a more environmentally-friendly option. Win-win!

Dove was the first thing that popped into my head as "good" bar soap, so I bought the fragrance-free two-pack. Not only does the soap work wonders for that issue...it doesn't leave behind that bar-soap feeling! The moisturizing element really works, and the lather is rather luxurious. It does have a faint sort of nutty natural soap smell, but that's to be expected, and I actually quite like it. Then I discovered that it's great for washing my sensitive face without over-drying, so I use it on non-makeup days in order to preserve my more expensive face wash. Then I discovered that this soap does a pretty solid job at removing makeup itself! THEN I discovered that it cleans makeup brushes like a dream and leaves them super soft afterwards! Then I discovered that with the moisturizing element and the slippery suds it makes, it's effective as a shaving soap/"cream". Then I realized the fragrance-free aspect is great if I'm planning to wear a perfume that isn't a part of my Bath and Body Works collection and I don't want a clashing body wash fragrance. I thought the two-pack was going to last me forever but the first bar I opened up two weeks ago is about a third gone already. This soap slipped into my life and took over...Can't see myself going without it now.

This Dove Sensitive Skin Beauty Bar is my favorite bar soap to use for its natural scent, gentleness and cleanliness. My skin doesn't feel stripped of moisture or too dry like some soaps I will use on my skin. It is easy to hold with the oval shape to fit snuggly in the palm. I love the scent of Dove soaps. I wished the bars came a bit bigger size. However it is very travel friendly in its size. Great for anyone with sensitive skin. I like hydrating oils. I hope more hydrating oils are added into this soap bar.

I’ve been using unscented Dove soap for years and decided to try this out for a new scent. As for pros, this soap is very hydrating and good for moisturizing skin. It’s a very creamy and light soap that feels great on the skin. The scent is also not too overpowering and has slight hints of cucumber. I have incredibly sensitive, dry skin and eczema, so I would recommend this to other people with similar issues! One of the main issues I have with this soap is how quickly I go through them and I haven’t had this issue with unscented Dove soaps thus far. Overall, this soap is worth it for it’s affordable price and I would recommend it if you can buy multiples of it at local retailers!

I love Dove Beauty bars! They are creamy and hydrating. Unlike most soaps that leave the skin feeling tight, dry and stripped of moisture, this bar soap leaves my skin feeling nourished and moisturized. My skin feels clean, soft and silky after using this product. Unfortunately, I do not like the “Revive” pomegranate and lemon verbena scent. It is quite strong when lathering the soap, although the scent does dissipate after rinsing. The fragrance reminds me of Zest or Irish Springs bar soap, which are two products I dislike. I will continue to use Dove beauty bars in different scents.
