Bought these as Im coeliac and corn flakes have always been a staple breakfast for me. Ive found that most GF food is okay - some of it is actually pretty good. These however are unfortunately one of those occasions where a GF version of a food is completely different and a lot worse when compared to the normal version.I bought two boxes just in case the first was a fluke - it unfortunately was not. Ive found that the flakes are quite large, tasteless, ridiculously hard (I have to leave them to go slightly soggy in milk), and have to be eaten rather quickly as they seem to go stale almost instantly. These corn flakes are not really very 'flakey'. They are quite dense. I would normally have about 30 gm of cornflakes (Kelloggs, say) topped with some blueberries and that makes a decent bowl of cereal. Thirty grams of these are half the volume. To get the same volume, you're going to have to double the quantity, and therefore the calories. That said, they are very crunch and very tasty. If you're calorie counting, I would just say you have to watch your portions.

Having moved away from GMO Kelloggs corn flakes and their usage of glyphosates I decided to try Freee for the 1st time. Swayed by the 5 star review I found the taste awful and the flakes clumped together in the bowl as one large mass. Have now gone back to my usual Whole Earth organic corn flakes which taste perfect.

A pleasent change from my regular porridge oats. Not as light as the better known, branded, cornflakes. I soak them in almond milk to make them softer. With the addition of ground seeds, a banana, dates and a splash of warm milk it makes a substantial winter breakfast. I would order again.
Dont understand the bad reviews. These werent too crunchy, they were just right! No sweetness as such but with a nice mix of dried fruit and creamy milk they make a delicious healthy breakfast.
These are thick and crunchy which may not be to everyone's taste, but I liked them as I hate soggy cornflakes. I especially hate scraping soggy leftover cornflakes out of children's bowls. Yuck. So these were a blessing. Very little sugar too. Bit expensive at full price compared to the Whole Earth ones, but I'd happily alternate between the two brands in future.
Not for me. I was given them to review. (I didn't realise that Kelloggs cornflakes had gluten in their malt flavouring). They are too chewy (I have problems chewing) and I fall into the category of soggy cereal lover. Also I miss the malty flavour of normal cornflakes. If I were gluten free I would rather eat rice krispies that do not have gluten in them.
I read the mixed reviews before ordering these but gave them a try. Not quite as crunchy as other well known brands but I felt more substantial with few additives and really really tasty.
Please be aware these are totally different to the standard cornflakes. They are 'puffed' and crunchy, and have no sweetness. This is not necessarily a bad thing, it just depends what you like. We love them! And they stay crispy and crunchy in milk for aaaaages without going soggy.
These are much nicer than the leading brand which is unfortunately not gluten free for no reason I might add. I like that they are a lot thicker and they dont dissolve in milk immediately which is nice. Cornflakes aren't my favourite cereal but I would definitely buy these again. I can imagine they'd make a great crumb coating on some pork if ground up with some herbs. Lovely
