This is the most amazing quilt, so cozy and warm. I have had the king size quilt for over 10 years (still going strong) but upgraded to the super king. It’s an absolute pleasure sleeping under this luxurious quilt.

Purchased on a sale as I was looking for a new quilts for the beds . I wanted a good quality product that also would last. This quilt is luxurious and soft and beautiful to sleep under. It should be warm enough for the winter months,just loved it
Considering the price point of this quilt I expected it to arrive in something short of red velvet and rose petals. However it arrived in it’s Downia retail box without any internal protective/plastic packaging over the quilt itself. As underwhelming as it was to open a cardboard box with a loose quilt inside, common sense eventually prevailed and I figured this is probably the best way to allow the down to “breathe”.This aside, the doona itself is absolutely AMAZING!!!It’s my first goose down quilt and I did a lot of research to establish that goose down is the very best filling and you’ll need to sell a kidney or your firstborn to acquire it. The loft is so impressive that my quilt makes a real aesthetic statement on the bed. The quilt has a rating 4 so is well suited to the unstable climate I currently live in (Melbourne and for reference it is currently winter).The baffled cassette construction works really well so gravity won’t cause the down clusters to migrate to the sides or ends of the bed. I also haven’t found that it leaks feathers or fibres which according to other reviews is a problem to varying degrees with other brands of down quilts.Overall I’m thrilled with this purchase. It’s so fluffy and light that I can barely feel it and the warmth it generates is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. I’ve gone from having to use 2 blankets over winter to only needing this now. Never did I imagine I would be this excited by a quilt but it really is the most luxurious one I’ve ever owned.Even at 40% off Myer sale it is by far the most money I’ve ever spent on a quilt but well worth it. I’d never go back to anything else.Before use make sure to give the down clusters enough time to bounce back from transit by airing out. I laid it out over the bed for a few hours and periodically fluffed it up before use.
Very fluffy, cosy, lightweight and airy. My fingers are crossed hoping that it will be sufficiently warm for regional Victoria’s cold winter nights - especially when solo sleeping. Regret now that I didn’t return it for a Super King because it’s a reasonably snug fit on my bed with little overhang at the sides. This clearly reduces further when there are two adult bodies sleeping beneath it and throughout winter will likely force both occupants to sleep closer, towards the middle of the bed to stay covered.
Not in use as yet(winter use). Looks and feels so comfortable, comparing it to my last 50/50 duck down/feather which served me many many years, this 85/15 goose/feather will be heavenly warm and cosy without the The brand is important and this is a very good one. I'm very happy with my purchase and can't wait to have it on my bed come the cooler weather.
I purchased this over the My House St Anton quilt, which I am regretting. I previously had the St Anton which is a lot thicker, fluffier and warmer. Both quilts were on sale for the same price.I was also disappointed with the spattering of dark feathers that can be seen through my white doona cover. This is supposed to be" White Goose".A nice quilt, but for the price I think there are better options.
It is so cosy, light and comfortable that I have purchased two in the past year and already have had one for over ten years. We now have one on every bed so we can all experience that luxurious comfort. Using ours when home our daughter recently purchased two for her family.
Item feels luxurious and is very comfortable. It’s lightweight but yet still offers the warmth I was after. Definitely one of the best purchases and money well spent
