I reached out to them because I wanted to know their policy for handling situations where the pipette breaks inside the product bottle as both the bottle and the pipette are made of glass. I definitely did not expect the response I got but they were awesome and if you ever have an issue I recommend contacting them.

I absolutely love this product. I don’t mind paying more for a product if it does what it says it will. This has been a fantastic buy. The effectiveness of this product on my skin has been amazing. It has several weights of hyaluronic acid at a high concentration, so I know my skin is getting a high dosage. Also, the way this feels on my skin is amazing. The scent is ok, nothing special, but what’s important to me is how it works. And my skin looks and feels amazing! I recommend this to anyone who doesn’t mind spending extra money on a great product!

I deviated from the consultant's protocol in the store, applying the product to my face as I usually do, not in dots with patting motions, but rubbing it in generously. After a few days of use, I noticed significant improvements in the texture of my skin. However, I also experienced a general sense of heaviness, even to the point of migraines. This is the second time in my life that this has happened. I had a similar reaction once to a body massage oil from Biologique Recherche. It could be a reaction to some active ingredient in the product. It’s akin to feeling unwell from using an unsuitable fragrance or essential oil. Love this!

I love this hyaluronic serum! I love how plump and supple my skin looks with this product! I can see the difference straight away. My skin stays hydrated throughout the day. The watery texture means it’s easy to apply and soaks in very quickly. Sadly, due to the high price tag, I haven’t been able to repurchase when my last bottle ran out as I’ve been on a lower budget this time round. I’ve therefore chosen a significantly lower priced hyaluronic serum by another brand, which I have also enjoyed using. I will repurchase this product at some point, I do love it! However, I’m going to wait for this serum to be part of an offer, or a nice bundle set at a lower price.

Hyaluronic acid has been a must in my skincare routine for years and finding one that is non sticky is usually a challenge. This Hyaluronic Acid serum from Dr Barbara Strum is everything I look for in my everyday Hyaluronic acid serum. My skin instantly absorbs it without any tackiness left behind. Just plump, dewy, instantly hydrated skin. While I absolutely love it and would so easily make this a staple in my routine, I can’t justify the price point however. It’s a fantastic product and if dropping $320 for a serum won’t affect your wallet, definitely give it a try. I do love that you only need about two drops of this for your entire face so it should last a long time but it’s just way beyond my means unfortunately…

Obsessed. Theee absolute best Hyaluronic serum I have ever tried and I’ve tried A LOT. I also notice a major improvement in the sensitized areas and the redness on my face has disappeared. You don’t need a lot, so I justify spending the extra money by comparing it to other similarly-priced hydrating serums since it lasts so much longer. I go through 1-2 per year and use it religiously am & pm before any of my other serums. I know we all have different budgets so this line isn’t for everyone but I’ve found that I can really avoid overspending on my overall skincare budget when I use this product. It may be more than most items I use but with all of the results I see, I’d prefer to save on my cleansers and moisturizers before I’d give this one up!
