I go through gallons of Castile soap each year. From homemade foaming hand soap to cleaning my makeup brushes, Dr Bronner’s is always on my counter ready to work. I really like the almond scent as it smells warm with a hint of sweetness to it. With the Castile soap being all natural I feel very comfortable in knowing what I’m cleaning will have no toxic chemicals spreading anywhere. Because of its high concentration Castile soap needs to be thinned out with water giving you more bang for your buck because it takes very little soap with a lot of water to clean anything from tire rims to your children.

Want your eyebrows to look great stay in place where you lay them? Get this soap! I saw a makeup guru on YouTube who swears by it, has faithfully used it for years. I finally gave it a try now I am obsessed! You can even laminate brows that won’t move by using setting spray instead of a drop of water! Spray a spoolie with setting mist, scrape soap to get product, then brush brows how you want. When it fully dries, brows won’t move until you wash your face. All natural and will last you years. Won’t buy another brow gel in my life. Great soap for washing also. Highly recommend!!

I'd been a Dove soap user for years as it was advertised to be creamy and good for your skin. I had noted to my wife and daughter awhile back that my forehead always seemed to be dry and flaky and that I probably needed a moisturizer. My daughter suggested that I try a "better" soap and give us a bar of Dr. Bronner's to try. Well, not only did it fix the forehead issue, it also fix the "stinky hat brim" issue that I'd been having. Never going back to Dove, that's for sure.

My husband is a soldier and deploys often and "can't cart around a bunch of bottles." Even solid shampoo seems like too much for him, and unfortunately, my two sons seem to have picked up Dad's disdain for using more than one product in the shower. But whatever they've been using lately was leaving their hair really greasy looking and smelled awful- but my husband and oldest get eczema and they insisted that it was the only thing that didn't make them overly dry. While looking for an all-in-one bar for them someone mentioned castile soap, so I decided to give it a try. I love the smell of marzipan- and that's exactly what this soap smells like. It's the perfect scent for a hoard of boys. They've been using it for about a month and their hair looks fresh and clean again, they all smell amazing- it's not a strong scent, but noticeable if you get close. Their eczema hasn't flared and in fact my oldest's seems to be better. Husband is happy because he can just take the one bar, and I told him he can even wash his clothes with it in a pinch and he delighted at that. So we're a Dr. Bronner's almond family now it seems.
I love all of Dr.Bronner’s bar soaps. Normally I wouldn’t risk paying so much for bar soap but a roommate in college gave me an entire box of them that lasted me at least a year, so I know the quality is amazing. With consistent use, my skin improved so much. After college I went back to cheap soap (Dove, Yardley’s, dial, etc) and my skin started having problems again, like acne, itchiness, dryness, etc. which is why I’m now buying Dr. Bronner’s again. It’s entirely worth the money. They all smell amazing, make the skin feel great, last for a long time, and now I discovered they work great as a shampoo bar, which is awesome because bars marketed as shampoo by other brands tend to be way more expensive.
Quite a decent monitor for the price. It's definitely quite glossy, and ever so slightly too saturated, but the screen settings should pretty easily adjust to fit any preference, so long as you're not running a 4k monitor or something high-end. For the price, I couldn't be happier with what I received, and as I'm using it as a secondary monitor, it seems to be working perfectly fine. The option of coming with both a HDMI cable, as well as a display port cable is also a huge plus! The only downsides that I can really pick up on would be the amount of gloss, as well as the lack of ability to angle the monitor, as it really only has the option to rise and fall, rather than to pivot left and right, or tilt up and down.Overall, a solid purchase at the price point, and ... First of all, I love this brand's liquid soaps as they're great for basically everything you can imagine. This bar soap, however, left me a little cold. I got the almond variety. The first thing I noticed opening it up was the very subtle almond scent. It lathers up really well, but the scent is nonexistent after the first use. You'll have to go over your various cracks and pits more than once with this stuff. On the plus side, it doesn't dry your skin out.The price isn't bad, but the bar isn't very big. I don't think I'll buy it again.
My husband and sons refuse to use more than one product in the shower. They say it’s high maintenance (eyeroll.) This lead to them all using the bar soap on their hair and extreme greasy-ness- it wasn’t a good look. So I swapped all the soap for this one. Now their hair isn’t greasy and they all smell like almonds which I like and apparently my kids have been told smells good by their female friends. Others have said that the bar loses its scent but I don’t find that to be the case at all. My husband’s also a soldier so he likes that it’s not liquid so it’s easy to take on the plane and throw in his rucksack without worrying it’ll spill (there was a head n shoulders incident early in our relationship that caused big problems.) I recently switched out my beloved olay bars for this, because it’s got better ingredients. I was worried I’d hate it because I especially hate the way deodorant soaps feel on my skin. This one is nothing like that and I LOVE the almond smell when you lather it up. The smell does not stay on your skin, but that prob just proves it’s not full of synthetic fragrances! LOVE!
I’ve used Dr. Bronner’s for years (mainly the liquid soap). The reviews say this soap has a nice smell. Well, I don’t know if my Target received a bad batch, but my soap didn’t have any “almondy-ness” (I know it’s not a word) to it. Compared to the liquid soap this bar soap might as well have been labeled as unscented. As far as being moisturizing…it definitely felt like it dried my sensitive skin during my shower rinse off. To the point when I’d run my hand over my skin it would get stuck (if that makes sense). However, once my skin was fully dry it wasn’t too bad. Body butter was definitely a must after using the soap. I’d purchase it again though because it does a great job of cleansing.
