After trying multiple free styles of bottles, our son settled on Dr. Brown’s. For cleaning purposes, we chose the glass bottles and we’ve never turned back. Though they are weightier than a plastic bottle, our son can still hold them himself. We’ve only had one break, and that was from a counter-height fall. We love the interchangeable accessories (silicone grips, sippy cup nipple and straw bottle top). We will continue to use as he ages into sippy cups and hopefully our future LOs will like them as well.

Eco- Friendly, durable, easy to use product

I honestly didnt remember that I had sigh up for a free sample to Dr. Brown's Natural Flow Anti colic Glass baby bottle,in fact I went ahead and bought four a few days ago and it is now a staple in my house when feeding my girls. I was pleasantly surprised when I received another bottle today in the mail as a sample product. The unique bottle design made for its ease of use and glass made it not only easy to clean but also ecofriendly as I am a very environmentally conscious person. The glass adds to its durability and sturdiness as it can be observed that the glass that the bottle is made from is of good quality. First Time Mom

I received this product for free in exchange for leaving a review. As a first time mom, I'm always searching for baby products that will be best for my newborn. This bottle was amazing! I love how the milk had an even flow going into her mouth. She didn't have waddle of milk running around her mouth like I have seen most bottles do when babies are being feed. The best thing about the bottle for me, was it help with my child not experiencing colic. I have heard stories from mothers about having sleepless nights sharing their experiences when their child had colic. I am so thankful, that I was provided the opportunity to test this baby bottle out. Thanks, Dr. Brown's for a product that ease a "First Time Mom" mind.

Great Product!

Dr. Browns gave me this product to try and it is a great product. I was worried about it being too heavy since it is glass but it is not that bad. I do like that if I accidently leave milk in the bottle I know it will not absorb into the bottle since it is not plastic. I feel like it is cleaner and safer than plastic. I have gotten the plastic bottles in the past and some of them melted in the sterilizer but with this bottle I do not have to worry about that. The glass seems very strong so I am not too worried about it breaking although I know it may happen so I am more careful when cleaning and storing. The indentations on the side of the bottle also help with holding and getting a better grip on the bottle. I like that I can take the vent out when my baby gets older and probably wont need it which means less cleaning for me. You do need to still use the rubber seal part at the top which makes sense but is a little disappointing. I would rather have the bottle as a regular bottle or with the vent system but the seal is needed to prevent leaking. Overall I would definitely recommend this product.

Great quality, but glass with no cover scares me

I received this item from Dr. Brown's in exchange for my honest review.While I love that glass bottles are better for baby, I simply cannot get used to the weight of this bottle compared to my plastic ones. It seems so heavy. It also makes me nervous that there is nothing to protect the bottle if it were dropped. I wish these would come with a cover instead of them being sold separately.If you are used to using glass bottles, or this is something that is important to you, I think the quality of this item is on point. I love these bottles, BUT…

I absolutely love these bottles. I’ve noticed a significant difference between THESE particular ones, and the other ones. One of those differences just so happens to be leaks! Before I proceed, I’m just going to call the bottles as I see them as I do not know the terminology for them. Now, the bottles with the blue ventilation system appear to be the same as the bottles with the green ventilation system, and I made that assumption as well. And then the leaking started with the bottles that had the blue ventilation system. I tried everything. Using the ventilation, not using it, nothing worked. Love these so much!

I got these and the wide mouth version. They are absolutely amazing. It's nice to have the option to not use the spout or not. I was also gifted the original versions of the bottles( my sister used them with my niece now 5 and nephew 1 and a half) None of the bottles have ever leaked on us.What I have noticed especially in the beginning of life that our daughter didn't know how to suck and would often spit back at the nipple and it would follow down to the ring and drip.Now that our daughter is 6 months we don't necessarily need the smaller ounce size however we bought the handle sleeves for the bottles. No leaks, Less Air

My baby and I have been using Dr. Brown's Natural Flow Options+ Anti Colic 8oz Bottle for about a week now. Being a mom to 14 children I have used a lot of bottles and I was very impressed on this bottle. This bottle does not leak and my baby doesn't get a lot of air. I also like that you can use with or without the vent. The nipples are very secure in ring compared to other bottles I have used. My baby took this bottle so much better compared to similar bottles. I liked the fact they were glass and not plastic, and always used the silicone sleeves bought through Dr Browns website with the bottles. I always checked the bottles for cracks or defects before and after use, and was careful to make sure milk and bottle were the same temp when filling. We went three months of solid use before I put them in the fridge in perfect condition one night, to wake the next morning and find milk leaking from a HOLE in the bottom of one! The bottle was never dropped or treated in any way that wasn’t gentle, yet somehow a shard of glass came loose and made a nice hole in the bottom. I get that they have no way of proving how the bottle was broken, but having no guarantee or anything makes me leery of continuing to use the glass bottles, when clearly there was a defect that I couldn’t detect. I still recommend them, but with the caution that you really need to be careful with inspecting them if going with the glass.

Want to buy again but sold out everywhere!

Occasionally leaks if not tightened properly, but plastic has the same issue. The vent system works great, but is susceptible to heat and pressure (milk gets sucked up the vent if milk is warm but milk not in the vent is cooling at room temp or fridge, or if your sweet husband overtightens the cap). In any case, we had fewer concerns washing and steaming glass bottles multiple times a day than we did with plastic, so glass was greatly preferred! However, after a full year of use and a run-in with a slippery plate, we finally chipped the rim of one of the bottles. We're expecting our second and wanted to replace the one we broke, but I can't find them in stock for less than $50 a set anywhere!! I really hope these are not discontinued by the manufacturer.
