I've been using this product for a few days now, and it looks like my skin is loving it. I have very sensitive skin, but so far, no irritation has appeared, which is amazing for me! I'm not giving it 5 stars just because I haven't been using it for that long, and it does smell a little weird. But you get used to it. I recommend this product, especially for people with acne scaring and concerns about skin aging.

I’m not convinced with this serum. It states it should help with breakouts but it’s causing them for me. I’ve been using it once per day for 2 weeks and my acne is all over the place. 1 thing I do like is I feel this serum heals breakouts a lot quicker. I’m going to persist and see how my skin feels after 1 month before making a final decision. Scent is herbal and chemically which I don’t mind. I love how quickly it’s absorbed into the skin and how plump my skin is after absorption.

I got a sample from SpaceNK. I have both fine lines and blemish so this serum is spot on. I am usually a bit wary about retinols as they can 'sting' on my skin. But this serum doesn't do that at all. It feels very gentle. It is light and easy to absorb. I can't quite describe the scent but it is very pleasant. It reminds me some kind of fruit. Its price is on the premium end but it is definitely something to watch for when there's a promotion.

I received a sample of this in the summer essentials kit and have enjoyed using it so far! As other reviews have said, it does have a bit of a smell but I prefer this to a chemically scented product, and it dissipates pretty quickly. I haven't noticed much of a difference in fine lines yet but usually retinol products do take time to take effect. The serum is a nice texture and it does well on top of my other products. It's a bit out of my price range but I'm looking forward to finishing up the sample.
I enjoyed the helpfully angled pipette which allowed for no wastage. It soaks into the skin really nicely but I have to wash my hands after application as they feel sticky and the smell is a little off-putting. It’s like strong lillies which I don’t mind but can be a bit full on in the morning.Skin feels really even-looking and smooth after a week of use. Product lasts a long time. Would use again despite the scent as it does work nicely.
. I've used all manner of skincare in my lifetime but I recently purchased the Spectralite mask with the wipes and 2 serums, one of which being this one. I decided I'd use the entire routine together and I've already decided that I'm in love with this serum. It left me with glowing skin after the first use and isnt particularly sticky or tacky like some serums. Combined in the entire routine I'm already seeing results a week in. Proper visible reductions in fine lines and plumper looking skin. I'm blown away!
I originally got this in the set with the alpha beta daily peel pads because the price was so good. I honestly cannot be without this serum now, it's a daily staple. When I use this with the overnight peel and advanced retinol + ferulic moisturiser I can really see the difference in the morning. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone with acne, scarring and texture.
I’ve had a sample of this for a while, and I finally decided to try it out. I’m always nervous trying new products samples, as I don’t think to mess my current routine up, that said some of my favourite staple products started with samples from space nk, so I will give things a try in moderation. I like Dennis gross products, love the extra strength facial peel thingys, always have a pack of them on the go. But this product, sounds good, great ingredients, but I couldn’t get past the scent, I’ve never been one to mention scent, but this one really has such a distinctive scent that I couldn’t bare. So don’t think il be buying full size. Even though it is likely a very effective product
I have been using this product for over two weeks so not an overly long time but the product promises results within a week. I have not had any breakouts and my skin does feel plumped and moisturised but I would not day the texture is improved. There is very little quantity for daily use so I estimate the bottle will only last a month or so. Personally the smell is very off-putting. To me it smells like burning, I will finish the bottle but own'd repurchase.
I have probably come to Retinol serums a little late in life (late 40s) but I have never smoked and always stayed away from the sun so feel that I am ahead of many of my peer in terms of my skin quality. However, it's time for Retinol! I received a small gift bottle of Dr Gross's serum and have been using it religiously for about a week now. I have to say, my skin is so smooth after using it and is the perfect base for my make up. Absolutely zero irritation. Personally, I love the smell as it sort of reminds me of childhood campfires. This is a winner!
