Boots are great and fit perfectly. However, these were ordered due to the previous pair not fitting. Returned those, and ordered these which were more expensive. Your company has no appreciation for your customers whatsoever. I was charged a fee for retuning the first pair, even though I again, reordered and spent more money. Called customer service, spoke to the most rude and disrespectful person I've ever come across who literally told me "oh well, you got your second pair and they fit so what's the problem? ". Never again. This company will not ever get one cent from me again. Ever.

These boots are very comfortable. Soft leather and well made. Perfect for me since Iām short and I love a little platform. They run big, so if youāre in between sizes definitely size down. Iām a 6.5 and based off my measurements and the sizing guide I ordered a 6 and they fit perfectly! I get a lot of compliments when I wear these. I also have a problem with my ankle and these provide enough support and help with the pain. Iām glad it has a zipper too! Overall Iām very satisfied and happy I purchased these boots! Theyāre definitely made for walking !

It was love at first sight on the website and love at first sight when I opened the box! Absolutely everything I was looking for, being a short girly, I was looking for the chunkier platform boots! Everything was just perfect, the platform, the colour, the craftsmanship that Dr Martens are known for - I also bought the socks from York Outlet to wear with them and this stopped any blisters from forming! Highly recommend! So worth splashing the cash!

I haven't had Docs since high school in the 90s but thought I'd give them another try after ordering several other styles and all of them being very uncomfortable - not what I remember from the 90s shoes which actually felt like I was walking on air the their time putting them on. While there is no more of that feeling in today's Docs, I finally found a pair that was comfortable from the start (though I had to sandpaper down one of the edges along that top that was scraping my calf). I love the look and can't wait to really wear them out. The key is the soft Pisa leather I think. Very loud and squeaky on certain surfaces like polished hard wood floors. Ordered a size down and fits great and may be able to put in a thin insole.
They are exactly what I wanted, super happy with my purchase. Iām usually a size 7.5 and I purchased a size 7. They are still pretty roomy, but more so in width and not length. I havenāt worn them for long walks but I can already tell it wonāt be too crazy breaking them in. Also to those people who are saying they returned because of the squeaking - after wearing these to work about 3 times the squeaking is totally gone. It doesnāt last so please donāt let that deter you from buying, because these boots are everything!

I've always had an issue with Docs being huge around my ankle, so having one that fits tightly and gives a sleeker look is so great! And I absolutely love the platform. Not so high that it's a trip risk, and I can tromp around everywhere in it. Driving comfortably took a week but it's no problem now.I really wish there were half sizes because it does seem to me to run about a half size too big. If you're a true half size, these will probably fit you well, but they're roomy on me. I tried a size down and it was definitely too small, so this roomy size is the correct one. Absolutely love love love them! Fit true to size. Was hopeful that due to the āsofter leatherā they would be easier to get over the ābreaking inā stage that has always been a part of ādoc lifeā! Some success with this, they have not been as foot shredding as previous docs ā¦ that said I am currently sporting blister plasters on both heels. Hey it is what it is, and what it is, is worth it. Love the lift the platform sole gives and will be wearing them with EVERYTHING (well as soon as Iām over the blisters š¤£)
Iāve been eyeing these for years but heard they can be a little uncomfy at firstI finally ordered my first pair and after a few days of wearing them around theyāre finally broken in!I have wide-ish feet and was scared they would be tight but they arenātThereās enough space for some comfy thick socksThey feel very bouncy and I feel extra comfortable and confident when I wear them!
These boots are just incredible! They look great with the iconic DM styling, and the jadon platform sole just gives them that extra āoomphā. The fit is great, even with my own orthotic insoles popped inside, and the soft leather has meant Iāve had absolutely none of the painful breaking in blisters that we know of all too well. Iāve been wearing DMs for over 30 years now and Iād have to say, these boots are now easily at the top of my favourites list!

Usually get 5 in docks, but the 5 in these was Huge in terms of excess leather over the instep and when trying to lace tight, got the waves going here that just looked terrible. I do not want to put extra insoles that will make my heels go up, or wear double, or thick socks forever, never have. The size 4 - first pair, okisch, but one zip slipping and loose threads hanging. Next pair of 4's, so tight, completely crushing my big toe sideways .... as if made for different style. Did try another pair of 4's in store, but that was to short for my foot.
