These shoes are perfect and exactly what I was looking for! They do, as other reviews have mentioned, run big. I typically wear a 10.5 in women's shoes or a 41 euro. When I first ordered them in a 10 they were wayyyy too big, returned them for a 9 which fit perfect. The sole is a little cushier than some of my other dr. Martens so breaking them in was only difficult for the first couple wears. I've been wearing them almost every day for about a month of sloppy winter weather and they still look great. I was a little worried about the tassels getting bent out of shape or snapping off but they look like new!

I’m usually a 7.5 in women’s normally and take a 7 ladies in DM’s. Got the usual size 7 ladies and the length is good but I have major slip in the heel. I do admittedly have a more narrow heel (Birkenstock narrow/medium width).. however it’s not uncomfortable at all. Can wear a thicker sock and would possibly try insole. Very beautiful color and typical DM quality. Love them

These shoes run larger then I anticipated. Normally, I wear a size 9US in Dr. Martens, though my heel would slip-out when walking. I went down to a size 8US & they fit much better. The leather is on the stiffer side so I anticipate it will take some time to fully break-in, which is true towards a majority of Doc's smooth leather offerings. Overall, I really like the look of these, leather is of a decent quality & the sole cushioning is pretty comfy.

Having worn DMs as a student I always knew what Dr Martens stood for and that was quality of their products and the fit . As Ive grown older I decided to look for a stylish shoe that took me back to my mod days a shoe that I can wear to work or the weekend.I decided a couple of years ago to treat myself to the Adrian Tassle loafer in black and from the first day I tried them on they felt very comfortable and they still look good as new ,so a couple of weeks ago I decided to buy a 2nd pair to accompany my older ones but in Cherry Red .Thankyou Dr Marten for making an older guy happy with his purchase .
They are the first Dr Martens that squeak and the first that I've had to break in. They are well made and are true to size but are not nearly as nice as the Made in England ones that I bought 15 years ago. Sadly they weren't making them in this color. The two tone is nice. The quality is okay but not as good as my last ones. My feet aren't quite as happy in these but I'm hoping for the best. I do not like the squeak. Customer service seemed to think this was normal. IDK.
ASOS do not have UK sizes to select when you order their Dr Martens in Australia. They list an AU size. We all know our UK size. I was advised by the Chat person what size to order. I checked with them just to make sure because this had gone pear shaped once before when the incorrect size was sent.I ordered what they advised was a UK 5 equivalent according to the Chat help person. They sent a UK 6.5. Yes again. Wrong size.When I explained their error the chat option closed. No further conversation when I uploaded the transcript of the previous chat.Very poor. I will never buy from ASOS again.This is the second time this has happened with a Dr Martens purchase. Just list them in the UK sizes for goodness sake.What s circus. Starting to get disillusioned by dr martens, the loafers just weren’t in the slightest bit comfortable, so so narrow and I don’t have wide feet.. I had to force my foot into them with serious power to even get them in, I cannot imagine trying to break these in, the are so uncomfortable. Why have we all started to think it’s normal for you to be in agony wearing a new pair of shoes but “oh once you break them in they’re so comfy” I’m no longer prepared to go through actual torture to have a “quality pair of shoes” it’s ridiculous! I bought some more loafers from another quality brand and they are comfy out the box. Sorry dr martens but I will no longer be buying anything but sandals from here now.
