The expected Dr. Martens quality and awesome styling but this particular model is slightly narrower on the toes which would be good to note on the website. Initial creak on my right boot but that is now subsiding.Still breaking them in but I know they will soon be the dream for my feet and they are definitely the dream for my style. I will always come back to Dr. Martens, as I have done for decades now.

These are my first pair of Docs as I've always been worried they'd destroy my feet. I wore them round the house first to make sure I thought I'd be ok and I could tell I'd probably get rubbing on my heels. I have really high arches so they are a little tight on the top of my feet where the tongue folds over near the eyelets and my toes felt a little cramped.I took the plunge yesterday and wore them to work for the first time. Although not excruciating, they were quite tight but I can tell with the softer leather that they should wear in quite quickly. I used compeed heel plasters as a precaution, which worked like a charm!These docs are so beautiful, versatile and incredibly well made. I got so many compliments yesterday and I can't wait until I've worn them in!

They are very warm, have a zipper which is very convenient, are comfortable to wear for long periods of time and go with everything. My favourite boots! Just like with any Dr. Martens boots it takes a bit to fit your foot properly, but not as long as other models I have from them because of the fluffiness!

These are utterly perfectly perfect. They look gorgeous and sparkly and a shade I love. I love the extra high sole. I think another review complained that they were purple instead of black, but it all depends on the light. I've noticed in my bathroom one foot closer to the light will look pinkish, or they change a bit with other light sources. Anyway, the greatest thing is the fur lining. I want ALL of my Docs to have this. They fit perfectly and required zero breaking in. Downside, I've already scratched the toes a little because I keep forgetting I have them on and doing stupid stuff like going outside to work in the garden with them on. I have a walking cast on one foot that is thick on the bottom.I needed something for the other foot to even out the height difference. These boots are super sturdy and the tread on the bottom makes it secure so I don't slip and fall. Quality workmanship on these boots.
As to my insight, the boots are way too heavy. The sole does not bend at all, so it's like stomping with ski boots. I used all the smart tactics to not get blisters and raw skin whilst wearing in the boots, however my feet were raw in many places after just 1-2 times of wearing the boots. The inside seemed to be too harsh, so the foot was not able to move like it naturally does upon walking, causing distress to the feet and lower leg muscles. I would not buy the boots again and would not generally recommend them. The color is nice, though.
I am so in love! They arrived so quickly! I was a bit apprehensive to wear them at first because I had seen the warnings of having to break them in so I bought the double socks too and I have had no trouble so far! They are so comfy and pretty. They are a bit heavy when you first wear them but when you get used to it it’s fine!
These are one of my favourite docs so far. They fit really comfortable, and walking on the feels like walking on soft pillows! The leather is nice and sturdy, so not flimsy. And the filling is nice and warm for those cold winter days. The zipper is a nice added bonus if you're anything like me, you hate to tie your shoes each and everytime :)
Very upset. I was sent Two different boots… One of the boots were The Jadon Leather Faux the other one was a complete different style and color….. I had order these for a trip and was so devastated… Such an inconvenience. I had to go last minute to the store to buy some winter boots so I can take to my Trip. I am needing a full refund…
no need to break in, these are SOFT. metallic reflection does pull very purple/pink in some indoor lighting but i consider that a pro, not a con. color is different depending on lighting so it is more silver in bright lights and outdoors. some blue can also show up in shifting lighting. i find this color shifting to be fun and unique! i sprayed these with an all purpose shoe waterproofer and it worked great with no visual changes.
