The leather strap on top was loose on one shoe and good on one shoe, it looked bad, also the stitching came undone on one shoe, the little seam on the back of both the shoes was not lined up, also the rubber soles did not match up, it seems as if who ever made the molds did a sloppy job one of the heels was cut shorter than the other heel and one sole was wider than the other sole, it’s very frustrating, because I was looking forward to keeping a pair of these shoes, but unfortunately, the workmanship and quality of doc martens has gone down hill, I contacted doc martens and let them know, but I got a very generic response that they would look into it, so we shall see
These were awesome loafers. Loved how they looked. Well made. Bought my size which was too big, so returned them. Not sure if I size down, the loafer will fit, so I am thinking before buying again.
After 1 day use they got so loose and wrinkled in 1 day, the shape is already deformed and awful.
comfort will come after some more wears but the quality is there right off the bat. that's dr. martens for you.
Love the look of these shoes, and the quality is great, but they were just way too wide for my feet. My feet are not narrow and usually medium width fit fine but not in this case. My other docs (oxfords and chelsea boots) in this size fit well. Sadly had to return.
