I'm new to tongue scraping, but after a few weeks of trying it, I would highly recommend! 3-4 times morning & night, going fairly gently is enough to see a difference to tongue health & buildup on tongue, and dare I say to overall energy levels as well. I was considering between a stainless steel cleaner vs the copper tongue cleaner, but liked the additional health benefits that copper brings. Was initially worried about the patina that copper develops, but it doesn't really bother me, and I'm sure can be easily removed with some baking soda/vinegar. I rinse off the tongue scrapper after each use and wipe it dry with a towel. Look no further - highly recommend!
It bends so much I'm afraid I my ruin it every time I use it. I had the non-copper version and similar, so maybe it's just me being used stronger materials, trying to give it a chance. But in the meanwhile, not having it long, and maintaining it carefully as recommended on the package (cleaning and drying after use), there are already suspicious stains on it looking like it could be electrolysis or hard water or rust, and there was never a problem of staining on the metal on other products. I hope I'm wrong, but have the feeling this thing will crumble if I just look at it..

I decided to try a tongue scraper for the first time, and I was shocked by how much stuff this scraped off my tongue. Every scrap took lots of crap off my tongue. Honestly, it was disgusting, but now I know my tongue is clean. Later, I discovered there's a technique to this that will remove even more crap from my tongue.Why only 4 stars? The tongue isn't flat. It curves down in the center, so it's a little difficult to get that area with this scrapper. If this curved down the center too, then it would be even more effective.
