A bolt dropped out of my Dragon Scooter and one of the handlebars fell off whilst I was riding it. A bit dramatic at the time but I managed to not fall off. Owen at Bike Scooter City was awesome and fixed it for me without charge. 2nd time these guys have helped me out - brilliant service - thank you. I love the Dragon Scooter too. It’s actually very good quality and I have done nearly 2,000kms with hardly an issue. I would recommend Bike Scooter City and also Dragon Scooters. Thanks guys!

bought a dragon GT mostly it met my expectations although it did die on me randomly leaving me stranded when it wasn't flat. Obliviously things happen and this is why i bought from a physical store so I could come back with any issues. I took it back to bike scooter city and it was fixed free of charge, it did take a little while for the repair as it happened just before Christmas and the issue was not fixed first time around as when it was tested in store it happened again when i came to collect. Luckily Sebastian (I think sorry if i got your name wrong) who gave me my scooter back made sure to test it before i took it home and it happened again when he was testing so was glad he did that. The Dragon GT scooter is an absolute beastFirst off the construction is solid. I am a big guy at 100kgs and this scooter feels really solidThe LED display has all the info you need including odometer and trip and time riden info.The deck is nice and big for standing on, the handle bars feel a little loose but thats ok considering how well this thing folds up.One thing that I love is when folded up it sits flat on its bottom and also the lack of crappy plastic fairings means you won’t have bits and pieces falling off like my old F30.The battery holds alot of charge and I mean alot of charge. So much so that I turned it back down to 85 percent just to be safe haha.Highly recommend this scooter and the postage from QLD to VIC was 5 days which is awesomeMy only regret is I didn’t fork out another $300 for the next model up but I will deffo be back to buy a new model soon.10 out of 10 much better than any other scooter for the price!

Perfect scooter, upgrading from a non branded scoot. Speedy and lasting battery life. Now that I have experienced what it feels like on a real electric scooter, i'm craving for more! You might hear from me soon, looking to get a gtrv2, or maybe a raptor! But i need to tame the DRAGON (wife) in our home first before that!

Awesome service and customer care.Had a bent front disc brake dropped off to get fixed in the morning 3 hours later message to say it’s ready to be picked up. Picked up and was told no charge it’s all good 👍👍I was in shock and couldn’t believe they did that.Awesome awesome awesomeI have purchased 3 scooters from bike scooter city and there service from day dot is excellent

The dragon GT is worth the money gets you around lasting 45min to an hour 30min depending on your speed. to get 30kmh you'll have to search up how to program your GT. the scooter starts at %75 power and can change to %100. The dual front suspension is what you need. This scooter has cruise control. The lights are great, night riding on road safe check. GT is tuff, no issues for 9 months until I punctured the front tire from never checking on the pressure of it. I now check it before I use it. I sometimes go off-road, like gravel, bit of grass. I live 2km of strait road away from town and I want to go faster sometimes. overall I think using this everyday, this scooter is fun that I'd rather ride the GT then use my car.
