Chicken Noodle In Soup 2 Cakes Dragon Phoenix Deep Fried Noodles 400ml Water or chicken stock 100g Chicken meat or seafood, sliced 50g Mushrooms, sliced 100g Bok choy, halved lengthways Soy sauce and white pepper powder to taste Fresh red chillies, cut (as garnish) Bring 400ml water or stock to boil in a saucepan. Add chicken meat, mushrooms and bok choy. Add deep fried noodles, season to taste. Remove from heat. Garnish and serve.
