Like:- Backrest in a kneeling chair is very nice- Appears to be well built- Easily adjustable height- Side handles make it easy to adjust your seating positionDon't Like:- Knee padding is really bad on this. I'm 5'10" 175 so not too big.- My knees, when comfortable, put me on the very edge of the kneed padding which makes it worse- Backrest isn't very comfortable
