Excellent Customer Service!

I bought this bed years ago. I was happy with it and put it in storage after my daughter grew out of it. I pulled it out again recently for a younger child and discovered, to my dismay, that I was missing an important piece of hardware. I could not find the right size at either Lowe's or Home Depot. I contacted customer service, and they sent me the replacement parts for free. Thank you!

Great Transition Toddler Bed

This bed is perfect for our 3 year old. It fits perfectly with our existing crib mattress and will help him transition to a bigger bed in the future. We got him involved in putting it together and he's now very proud to show it off to family and friends. I originally wanted the brown but white was on sale so we went with it. It still suits the room and seems good quality. Since it's so low to the ground we're not worried about him falling out, which happened the first night, but he stayed asleep the whole time and it hasn't happened again since.

Great product, Customer Service on point!

I received this bed recently and had to replace the hardware. It's such a nice looking bed, it's got great construction. Im pretty sure it will last a long while! Not to mention the customer service for getting the hardware, they got back to me very quickly with very affordable options and have been very friendly the whole time. They are amazing. I would 1000% recommend Dream On Me products to anyone who will listen.

Easy to put together, cheap in price and decent quality. My toddlers love their new beds, they picked out the colours. Shipping was very fast. Everything came together, no missing pieces. Easy to assemble. Directions were easy to follow. Love Walmart and love the beds.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

Absolutely in love with it! Yes i did buy a bed for my dog. Best purchase for him ever. Very sturdy. Does not make any noises. Does not slide everywhere. And my husky is a big boy (70 lbs)but it holds him very well. It was very easy for my husband to install. Highly recommend. Even my toddler loves it.

Perfect Toddler Bed

Perfect for transitioning!Our daughter used this bed from ages 2 - 5. We only upgraded her bed when she became too tall. But we are so happy to have our son transition into the same bed. It’s super easy to assemble, lightweight and durable. I also love that it’s not too high off the ground for their own easy access. I’ve contacted customer service a few years ago and they were super helpful in answering my questions. I highly recommend this bed, it’s lasted us 3 years and I hope to have a few more with it!

Squeaky bed and painstaking build

Looks great, however when you lean on the bed it does make a sqeaky noise. After having built the bed it you can tell that it won't support a ton of weight. I wish the photos in the instructions were larger and easier to make out, and I wished the bolts were all the same size to avoid confusion especially since if you want to open the packaging that holds the bolts you, end up ripping the backing that labels what each bolt/screw is. You definitely get what you pay for. It's a great looking bed otherwise, and serves its purpose. Crib mattress fits perfectly inside.

Sturdy Toddler Bed

Got this for my 13 month old son because he’s very mobile and hates being confined. It’s a very sturdy toddler bed. I do wish the side rails were taller and I didn’t like that the headboard and footboard had cracks where it connects and I had to push the pieces together where it had cracks, but still very sturdy little bed and you can’t see it once it’s put together. There’s A LOT of pieces to put the bed together and I didn’t realize I was suppose to use the dowels when putting the front and end together to meet in the middle, it would have been much easier if I read the directions better and used the dowels, BUT it’s definitely sturdy enough without it because of the brackets. This bed is perfect

I bought this bed for my 2 year old daughter and I put it together in no time. The directions were clear and assembly was very easy. The bed is sturdy and my daughter absolutely loved having her first bed once she was too big for her crib. I recently moved and misplaced the screws for the bed and my daughter has been asking about her bed almost daily. I contacted Dream On to get new screws and they’ve been very responsive and I can’t wait to get the new screws and put her bed together for her. Great product and great company customer service.
