This is my first purchase of an automatic vacuum. I did a lot of research and took the plunge. I am very happy so far with the outcome. I still need to work out the zoning spot cleaning etc. I did a full maintenance on the appliance this weekend, was easy to follow the instructions to complete. We have a very large area of white tiles which it does with ease. I have chosen to vac and wash the tiles then return to the dock to drop the mop pads before doing the carpets. The unit maintains the charge for the full clean. I empty the dirty water side after the process has ended, well next morning. The mop pads wash and dry themselves very well. Dreame L20: great vacuum for hard floors mops better than I do! Excellent for pet hair on carpet but only after buying the new roller brush that is bristle and cuts the hair into smaller pieces. The original roller left behind lots of visible hair from my Lab who is always shedding. The bin would get overloaded with hair and not empty properly. Problem solved, though I would like to see a more frequent auto-empty option. Also have maxed out with 4 maps saved but need more. Overall I love it!

It does everything it says on the tin. Mops the floors really well, avoids obstacles, photographs and identifies them too (great for finding wayward toddler toys). Find it fits under our couch nicely so getting regular vacuuming and mopping without moving everything about all the time. It does like to try and map outside through windows and sliding doors so need to fine tune your maps a fair bit to get it doing the right thing but after supervising it a couple of times we had it dialled in perfectly. It's also expensive but given the results we've had I'd say it's justified. Our floors have never been cleaner and I thoroughly recommend this product.

I love the dream L20. I love that it can be mapped and programmed to do exactly what you need on the day. I love that it self cleans. It very very really gets stuck and that’s only if something is not picked up properly and gets tangled up. I have tiles that usually leave streaks and this leaves my tiles perfect! And the carpets look like new due to now getting a daily vacuum. Highly recommend the Dreame L20 and can’t fault it!
It is my first robot and I’m happy. It saves a lot of time. The price is a bit high so I hope it will last long. The supply/spare parts that comes with it (compete edition) seems to be enough for a few years (at least for me with the two cleaning a week). Please note that the base is massive. Make sure you have enough room for it :)There are two things I don’t like (despite the price):- weird logic of corner cleaning - sometimes it cleans it, sometimes not- voice control has only a few commands - start and stop cleaning which seems to be enough. The problem is that you can command to clean or skip a specific room via voiceOther than that looks very nice and does its job well.

I don’t know if I just got a lemon, but I returned it and wouldn’t say I recommend this brand. I’m hoping to get a full refund and buy a different brand.
I love my Dream l20, now I don’t worry about muddy footprints as Chester takes care of them. Moves around furniture, doesn’t get stuck under the couch like my old vacuum and is quiet. Only downside is too tall to slide under bed. I will get the adaptor kit for the laundry taps so it automatically empties and refills the water. Chester is a Dreame-bot that is worth the money giving me more time on the weekend to do things I enjoy.

I have white porcelain tiles throughout my home and white wool carpet in the bedrooms, with 2 kids and a dog! So cleaning the floors was almost a full time job. This robot has changed my life! It vacuums as well as my dyson and mops without leaving any streaks on the tiles. It's quiet, thorough and can be set to clean all/parts of the house whenever I schedule it to.
We are loving all the features of the dreame l20 ultra. It keeps our hardwood floors in tip top condition with its mopping system. The carpets are well maintained but definitely will need a more powerful vacuum once a month but this was always to be expected.It has a great AI avoidance system and also detects carpet mats very well. 100% would recommend to anyone in the market for a robot vaccum!
