When I bought this product, it was advertised as firm. When it arrived we found it to be quite soft. When I enquired about a refund I was told I could have a refund if I returned the mattress. Once the mattress is out of the box, packaging to return it was no easy task. When I enquired further I noticed the title of the product has been changed from firm to medium firm. Clearly the product was not as advertised when I purchased it, yet still no refund resolution and communication from the company has become quite rude. Very disappointing as we have purchased 5 mattresses in total from this site. They’re great mattresses, just be careful.

When buying a a bed online you rely on reviews. This bed is super comfy. I’d say soft-medium but literally like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. My small son is hogging my bed now. Good quality too. The latex top is even. I do wish the side were stronger, but that happens with flat pack beds and not a deal breaker, also doesn’t feel like you’ll fall off the edges. Took a day to fully inflate and has been happy snoozing ever since. Oh and my regular sheets fit. Would recommend if you like a soft bed.

Never purchased a mattress online before let alone in a box! This mattress had great reviews and as it's for a guest room decided to go with it and it didn't disappoint. Very comfortable, just enough firmness with the soft top pillow we really can't fault it. It really does 'pop' out of it's compression bag! Such good quality. I bought the king single, the mattress is really comfortable. Heed the warning though regarding don't open around pets or children. I was bending over the mattress cutting the last bit of plastic off and faster than I could blink, the mattress opened with such gusto that my glasses were taken off my face. They ended up across the room. Hahaha, a bit of a shock, but funny all the same.

I originally purchased a much more expensive box mattress!! I had it for over a month, but it was just too hard..... I persevered hoping I'd get used to it. In the end I decided to sell it, and I purchased this mattress instead. So happy with it! It is just the right medium firmness, high and comfy! I'm on my own, and was able to manoeuvre the heavy box into the bedroom and open it on the slatted bed! As you take the plastic off, it pops open. It worked well [grin] would recommend this mattress! I've had it a week, and look forward to nestling down in it every night [emoticon]

But rolling around or getting or or off you can feel the springs bounce. You won't feel it when you sleep but hard movements can. Especially the edge support not so great. You'll notice the side wall fabric is very thin so probably why. Even the coils fabric is thin which you can barely feel it. Overall it's great support and really great for a night sleep but it's just not as good as my 8 year old mattress, even when it's a little saggier now. I paid 3 times more but it was a worthy investment. This time around probably won't last as long. Also I'm short and my partner as well, both weighs less ... MoreI got the king size. Also it's so tall that I had to cut the base to feel like I'm sleeping on the clouds

The Stanton bed is exactly as pictured perfect for my guest rooms. Great look and great value. The mattress in a box is so easy to move around and then open out onto the bed frame and let it expand and settle.Again great for my guest rooms amazing value.The delivery to a rural South Australian town was less than a week.
