Very disappointed in the quality of this mattress. I could feel the spring pockets when sleeping. I had to buy a topper (another 100.00) to make it comfortable enough to lye on. I had tried the same mattress (a double one mine is a Queen size which was out of stock at the time) at my son's home and was so comfortable and medium soft same as I ordered after waiting a couple of months. Exactly the same product supposedly but mine was a shiny blue thin fabric around the mattress. Obviously the new product was inferior to the original when you received the new delivery. Five starts for the price rangeThe mattress was delivered quickly despite us being in a regional area. It was easy to move in the box. We couldn't believe how it popped out into a normal mattress when opened. It was not an expensive mattress so meets up to our expectations for the price range. Comfortable enough for the kids bed but a mattress topper will certainly improve comfort.

Beautiful queen bed. Easy and straight forward to put together. The flax linen colour is true to images provided and is great with other natural tones. However the spring mattress is a bit soft and weak for our liking. Could do with more basic support. Delivery was great and timely.

I can’t leave a review as such as my mattress was never delivered. Instead it was delivered elsewhere. when trying to contact someone about this I was just given the rub around.I’m a 65 yo and am disabled, I needed it so I could sleep in my bed instead of my recliner.My first time using my deal and it is more than likely my last.

Product is good.Delivering this product was the issue.If you don’t have a Life or stay home everyday waiting & waiting it WILL stress you out. When you call for help there are (no disrespect) Indian Pakistani ladies who don’t give a dame what your request is or want to help, this WILL be YOUR issue, they simply DONT care. I only came across one lovely lady (out of 4) so that shows me that Dept is quite low on empathetic staff. You WILL be waiting a LONG LONG time, don’t know was it worth it, no next time I’ll just shop locally.

Beautiful sturdy contemporary bed style. Moved my 'little guy' into a big bed. Uncluttered and clean look. Easy to assemble. Would suggest a battery drill for slats. There's lot so if screws keeping them firmly in place. Extremely sturdy. Comes flat packed, easy to manoeuvre and always fast and well informed delivery from T&W.This bed is value for money but is best for up to 15 year old or guest room. It's pretty firm, which is good for younger ones and will prob not sag as quickly for a mattress in this price point. It's heavy and comes in a box that will fit through any tight doorways. Packaging is ok, a little difficult cause the bed is compressed so tightly for transit. Opened up well. You get what you pay for. The quality is good, but you can feel all the springs. The mattress itself is well made but is uncomfortable because of the springs. I've bought a thick, memory foam mattress topper and it's improved the comfort. Postage was terrible. Said 6 to 14 days and it took 28 days. When I contacted the seller, although lovely, they basically told me to just keep waiting with no offer of retribution.

This mattress is the physical embodiment of the saying, "you get what you pay for". It's a mattress, but is it comfy mattress? Absolutely not. We purchased this mattress for our guest bedroom, and even after putting a thick mattress topper on, I'm still concerned for the spines of my friends. You can feel each individual spring, and as I found out while testing it, if you get too close to the edge it dips and helps you get up, even if that wasn't your intention. So is it good! No. But it's a mattress.

Feels softer than a medium firm mattress

I ordered a double sized medium firm mattress. Its a good mattress overall, especially for the price. However, I was expecting it to be firmer being medium-firm. It isnt as firm as my other medium-firm mattress.
