This is a great wheel! I purchased a Cyberbike and its been very challenging finding a wheel to replace the stock offering. The origina was very heavy and wouldn't hold a bead when trying to convert to tubeless. The folks at Jensen were able to find this rim for me and the QR caps. DT Swiss is a quality wheel. Very pleased with my purchase. Customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!. THey will have my business from now on for sure! Thanks Jensen!!!!

Great wheel but it arrived damaged. The axle was sticking out of the box and pastic bag and had incurred damage on both sides of the wheel. I've never seen anyone ship bike wheels without the plastic caps over the axel. Poor packaging resulted in me paying for damaged product, and installing it on my bike. Very disappointed in how this arrived and instead of returning it for a refund I'm going to complain that you are bad at your job and hope that you quit ruining good products and selling them at inflated prices

The product is a good product. I bought this to replace OEM rims that were toast. I'm happy with the product overall, but disatisfied with the packaging of the product and instructions. I wanted to go tubeless, but the supplied tubeless setup instructions were not there requiring me to search the internet. On top of that, I couldn't get the tires to hold air which may be the tires themselves.PROS: Easy To Install, Attractive DesignBEST USES: Mountain Biking, Upgrade
The reviewer above is correct that these are difficult to setup tubeless. This is a function of the low quality rim tape the wheels ship with. I removed it and applied my own, and while still somewhat tricky, they sealed and have been holding air.Aside from that, these wheels are great value (found a set for 220 recently). They're lighter than the the Sun Inferno wheels that came on my Intense, but a few hundred grams more than my Stan's flows.They ride stiff, and track straight. Hubs looks tiny by comparison to my Stan's hubs, but hopefully they hold up
Such a great wheel, with a simple and upgradable engagement system.Easy to install, and easy to setup. Pre-taped for tubeless, and the supplied valve worked great.Available at an unbeatable price.
Great budget wheels. Surprisingly the hubs sound subtle. Weird when riding trails since i would hear more of my bikes cable rattling. If you like hubs sounding on the quiet side then these are for you. You may just want to look forward on purchasing their upgrade kit to increase engagement. Jenson did a great job on shipment. Delivery came days early.
Nice Wheels - I called the tech dept to ask a few questions. Wanted the ratchet Hub, and the 36 T kit for more p.o.e . Very easy switchover . Amazing how simply the hub comes off. I Ride an E- Bike and wanted a strong wheel. I've been running it for at least a month, and all good. Hubs seem good , for an Alloy wheel they seem excellent . I don't have all the tools yet , but servicing the Bearings looks reasonable .There is also a 54 T ratchet Upgrade available . I compromised with the 36 T .
I ride 20 miles a day, 7 days a week in all weather conditions. I weigh 210 pounds and I ride hard and fast. These wheels have been the longest lasting wheels I have ever purchased. They have always stayed true for about 2 years. I don't bother repairing them, because when they break they are done. Great wheel.
Very disappointed with this wheel. 1st ride out, my rear derailleur hanger broke off. 2nd ride out dented rim and 3rd ride out, broke another derailleur hanger. Bought another rear wheel and all is good. Can't recommend this wheel if you ride hard.
