Designed for riders looking for the ultimate performance in an eMTB wheelset. Newly equipped with a carbon rim, the HXC 1501 SPLINE ONE is the top hybrid wheel in the DT Swiss range. The carbon rim is combined with a newly designed hub shell that offers better resistance to drive and braking torques, which are higher on modern eMTBs. With the new Ratchet EXP OS system with 30 teeth, the torque generated by the motor and rider is transmitted directly from the pedals to the ground. This transmission is made possible by reinforced spokes, so that even greater accelerations can be generated than with the previous hybrid product range. Each component has been carefully designed, produced and tested to guarantee a stress-free ride and fun, regardless of the rider's level. PRO LOCK The Pro Lock process injects a patented two-component adhesive into the nipple thread, allowing the construction of extremely durable wheels. As soon as the nipples are screwed in, the adhesive is activated and cures completely at room temperature after approx. 6 - 7 hours. Repeated re-centring is possible without any problems, although the adhesive strength decreases slightly with each re-centring. Tubeless TechnologyAll DT Swiss wheels are Tubeless Ready and the ASM versions are supplied with the tubeless tape and valves fitted.
