I bought this product a month ago and it did great! I can see improvements on the cracks on my heel balm.
It didn't feel like it penetrated the hard skin. Little effect seen.
Amazing product. I had a super painful deep heel crack. I had tried foot peels and foot masks and all kind of things but nothing worked. After two days my heel was no longer painful and the crack has completely disappeared within a week or so. This product has a permanent place in the cabinet now.
Seems to work well when the roller works. The roller isn’t smooth and sticks. It does help my dry heels. However, I don’t care for how it feels when it dries.
Moisturising and the urea breaks down the dead skin but at 10% it’s not going to give great results. Get the tube version of this brand instead, it has 25% urea.

This heel balm is amazing wish I discovered it earlier.
Have used this for a couple of weeks now and its working so much better than other brands. I only apply it every few days and my heels are much smoother
