I received the Dexyane MeD Soothing Repair Cream #freeproduct to #trywithtopbox for free for my honest opinion. I suffer with stress and contact eczema and this magic little sample almost immediately took the itch and dryness away. It does not smell like anything to me and the texture of the cream feels rich and nourishing. A little dab is all I needed and it really helps with the dryness and or skin breakage that I often get when my eczema flairs up. I used this after all my chores which calls for a lot of hand washing which really makes my skin flare up. Great product, and definitely something I would consider buying the full product for.

I received this #freeproduct from #trywithtopbox and been using it for several days. I have been suffering from eczema - hands very dry, red and itchy. When I received this product, part of my hand was inflamed, dry, red and very itchy. I applied the cream that night and in the morning, I saw and felt the difference. I continued applying throughout the day and the following night and it made a lot of difference. I have tried so many products and different brands and this is the only one that truly works. Thanks Topbox for this sample. Will definitely buy and recommend this product.

I received this #freeproduct, which is helpful since there are so many creams on the market it's hard to know which to trust to actually help with skin conditions. I'm happy to say that this actually does help.At the present moment I do not have any skin flare ups on my face, so I tried this on my hands, which do have a flare up. The repair cream did a good job at softening my skin and helped relieve the itchiness a fair bit.The cream leaves a sticky feeling on skin. While I don't like that feeling for my hands it think this would be well-suited to use on the face (I think this is likely an added protection for skin).I deducted a star because of the scent. It does wear off after a while but kind of reminds me of the scent of kids nail polish. #trywithtopbox

I like how this cream glides on smoothly and my skin doesn't feel as tight and itchy, despite the dry flakes still being there. It has almost no scent. My skin felt a bit tacky after applying but it is definitely better than the cortisone cream that I have used in the past. It has a thicker consistency and it doesn't take much to cover an area. This cream is one I'll keep using when I need it! I love that it doesn't contain any topical steroids!

I got this product free from topbox to try and give my honest reviews. My skin behaves a bit better in summer however winters make it dry, itchy and cracky. I tried the cream on my hands after day out on beach and in harsh sun and sand and it worked wonders. Loved how it abosrbed so easy on my hands and left kind of a shiny look. You feel the effect of the cream when you apply it on your skin. I also tried this on my daughter who has eczema and had a flare up. This helped her and gave an immediate relief. I received a few samples of the lotion and I love it. It's not like any other cream. This one goes on and it feels so smooth and it soaks right in. If you have psoriasis or eczema I would recommend this as it does highly work. Not everybody's skin type is the same but I found that this was one of the stuff that actually works. You rub it into your skin and you can feel it soaking in. You can feel your skin absorbing it. No more itchy irritable feeling. It's also not very oily and soaks up into your skin. I've already gone and bought a bottle and recommended it to family and friends.
