Not very happy at all with this product. It was chalky and left marks very easily.I ended up using a matt wash and wear over the top and I am much happier with end result.I would not recommend the Dulux Theatre Black paint at all.

Great product for theatres. Run your cables and hang tv mounts etc before painting. Use a roller nice straight lines 2 coats looks great. Not good if you have kids or in areas wall are going to be touched, it does mark. I have rolled over patches I have marked and it dries invisible.

Horrible paint. Two coats and still see through, and thats not the worst part. You touch it and it leaves marks. You cant wipe or clean or even touch it. So you'd have to hang everything firsT Then try paint around it. Its the worst paint ive ever worked with, no idea how dulux created something so bad. Ended up going and buying a british paints matt black to paint over this disaster.

Total waste of time and money!!! Theatre wall looks more like a chalk board than a wall!! If you ever accidentally touch the wall it leaves finger prints and marks! It's a shame that such a joke of a paint is still on the market!!!! I should have read the reviews before wasting $86 and my time!!!
Luscious paint. 110% happy with it. Only two coats and its looking epic :)If you are trying to paint your white tongue and groove ceiling upside down, its definitely a lot more achievable if you grab a can of black spray paint to paint between the cracks first.
This paint is a matt black rather than a flat black so won't give a good finish unless applied impossibly evenly.Due to the supprisingly small quantity of black pigment and the off white cornflower like additive, that rapidly settles to the bottom of any roller tray, it won't matter how many coats are applied it will still appear patchy and in need of further coats.Save yourself the effort and avoid this product.
We bought this paint to use on a Plywood back board for our TV. It definitely is a 'GITSE' paint "give it to someone else" to do! We primed, sanded our plywood board and gave it 2 coats of black paint. If you are not good at painting, then definitely do not use this paint, it showed up alot of brush stroke marks . Also DO NOT TOUCH THE AREA THAT HAS BEEN PAINTED EVER, it leaves marks, scrapes and finger prints when dried. I would not use it again. Gave it 2 stars as the colour is nice.
Wish I had read the reviews. Worse than blackboard paint for marking and cannot be wiped clean. Leaves smear marks.. Terrible product. Pay the extra and get a better product.
Terrible paint. Total waste of time and money. Coverage is patchy and shows up all paint lines. 4 coats on a prepped and under coated room .
Had a professional painter use this for my media room. It turned out really patchy despite multiple costs and the painters best effort. It also gets white marks on it as soon as you even lightly touch it and they are nearly impossible to get off.
