I have used this product twice now (bathroom and laundry renos) and it does exactly what it says it will. On previously unpainted walls it does take extra paint to cover as it does soak in. Once dry, painting over the top with your top coat is easy. This is my go-to undercoat for wet areas.

I have used this product twice now (bathroom and laundry renos) and it does exactly what it says it will. On previously unpainted walls it does take extra paint to cover as it does soak in. Once dry, painting over the top with your top coat is easy. This is my go-to undercoat for wet areas.
Had a smoke damaged teenagers retreat and after wiping the walls with tricleanium used this product and after two light coats problem gone
Great product. Neutralized the mould (at least it appears to have, time will tell!) and matched my ceiling paint well. Only drawback is it has a slight sheen so you can see where I have used it for touch ups. Not a big downside, only obvious when the light hits it just right. I thought it was quite reasonably priced also.
Bought this 2 years ago for my sons bedroom as it was always mouldy. Since then we have not had any mould in his room despite the weather and the remainder of the house growing mould. We will be buying more to repaint the entire house as it is so effective
Haven't had any heavy rain yet, but it certainly works against steam in bathroom.
on new wood does stop leeching through.... did need two coats which is understandable..good product
