We waited months for this lounge to be delivered. The electric recliner stopped working after 9 weeks and we are still waiting for customer service to rectify the situation despite numerous phone calls, messages and emails beginning 6 weeks ago.

Beautiful sofa, great quality, just wish you had made it with a right hand chaise option:( then we could have put one in our movie room
