I have no problem with the quality of the product but I wouldnāt recommend any of my friends to make a purchase from you for the following reason . After reading for two years the health benefits from your emails, I decided to order a 40oz for myself and a 21oz as a gift for my friend and in order to get free shipping, I had to order 8 diffusers which is a big commitment for a new user. What was so upsetting was I thought I was getting free shipping and DYLN never mention that such charges could applied to the consumer and I had to find that out when the product was almost at my doorstep. I am an easy going person and rarely complain about anything but this purchase did leave a sour taste. I donāt know if DYLN would do anything but at least you heard my voice now

I came across DYLN bottle advertisement on Facebook and I was interested to purchase this product because it says, it will help anybody with Acid Reflux. Well, I tried this product lo & behold, my Acid Reflux suffering for years is virtually gone...no more OTC drugs, supplements, etc. I am so relieve that I finally found this product so amazing & I strongly recommend to anyone who has an Acid Reflux problem. I cannot wait to tell my Medical Provider about this wonderful product. Kudos to you guys & thank you so much.

I've never tasted water as good as this! I never have to worry about my water going warm this day is cool even in the hottest weather. Within the first couple weeks I noticed a Difference in my health. My skin has been clear and other things have leveled out. I will never go back to regular water. The water bottle is sturdy and Good quality. I'm more motivated drink water because I can see the difference and I can notice the fact that i'm absorbing more water. I don't feel nearer as thirsty as I used to. And I don't have to worry about toxic chemicals like fluoride and bleach along with other things that are in our water. Thank you so much for making this water bottle.

I absolutely canāt believe this works. Iāve suffered with acid reflux so bad for many years. Iāve been on double doses of Protonix for five years , Iād tried to stop numerous times but ended up right back on them. Iāve been drinking from my Dyln for three weeks and Iām only one one pill now. Iām continuing and hoping to be off all meds in a few weeks. Amazing product. Iāve even got my GI doctor interested in checking this out for other patients. He never thought Iād be able to cut down on my medication much less be able to stop it altogether. Iāve never been more excited about a product in my life!

I cannot explain just what is so great about this water but up until me purchasing this bottle I had all I could do to drink one bottle per day while now the amount I crave is limitless!!! Love the entire system and company. The bottle is too big, it doesnāt fit in any of our car cup holders and it is quite heavy when full, which makes it difficult for commuting by train. I wish it was the 32oz size though there wasnāt much stock in colors we liked. I ordered this for my husband to use while at work. With all that said, this bottle is well-made and is exactly what we were looking for. I may order the next size down for myself eventually.
I bought the 40 oz wide mouth bottle not to take along with me as the bottle is too heavy and awkward, but to fill and transfer into a 32oz bottle for the day. This way I can fill 2 of my smaller bottles and carry one of them around and have the 2nd one in my car in case I finish the one while I'm out and about. The bottle is very substantial and made well. The alkalizing filter is easy to insert and remove. The directions that come with the bottle are very good and self explanatory so I truly appreciate that. I also had my bottle inscribed which is really nice!! The sage color is really nice. I love it. I still have not invested in a meter to test the ph levels, so I am trusting my water is alkalized.
I owned one of the original water bottles from Dyln and used it for several years at work as a firefighter/medic. I dropped it after retirement on the concrete floor (didnāt have a rubber sleeve on it) and it deformed the bottom so it would stand up any more. I loved the water and taste, and it seemed to get me to drink more water also. My wifeās doctor recommended that she drink alkaline water to help her with gout that she gets in her toe so I bought us both new ones and weāve been using them ever since. We love them and she seems to have less episodes of gout. Thank you, Dyln!š

The size of the bottle is great. However the fact that you have to buy all the extras for it is disappointing. It claims to be double insulated, however ice melted in an hour. I keep it in the refrigerator overnight and the water still isnāt very cold. I also feel ph test strips should come with it to prove it actually makes the water ph alkaline. I just donāt feel for the money and all the extras you have to buy for it, that itās worth the money. Having to wait 15mins after filling the bottle to wait for the diffuser to āturn the water alkalineā is kind of a pain. Yes it keeps you from using plastic water bottles, so that is good for the environment. Maybe it would be better if you made a gallon bottle to fill to keep in the refrigerator?
