I mix a scoop of this in a spinach and berry smoothie every morning and the flavor is actually pretty good. If I were to just mix this with milk I would go with the chocolate flavor.Worked well for me in the 3 months I worked out heavily. Gained 15 pounds bulking and taking Mass Gainer along with this. Good for adding protein to a vegetarian diet.

I have been using Cinnamon bun flavored casein for many years. It is the only casein product I use after initially trying out a few. The taste is amazing. The consistency is on point. I’ll add 1/2 to 1 scoop to my protein shakes to add thickness. My breakfast = 1 banana, blueberries, raspberries and or strawberries depending on what berries I have stocked, few scoops of oatmeal, low fat milk and combo of vanilla protein powder and this casein powder = my go to breakfast for many many years. The only issue I have is the price of this is getting ridiculous. Basically doubled over the last 2 years. Sadly I am actually considering finding an alternate casein product.

Not a bad casein. decent mixability with a nice strong cinnamon flavor. The biggest issue with most caseins (this one included) is that it doe still have that clay style grainy finished texture. It's not super grainy but definitely noticeable. I've only found 2 casiens to date that don't have this 'grainy' style texture, unfortunately Dymatize isn't one of them.

Been consistently taking this for quite some time and it has great taste, good quality. for the size of this package. The composition is great too. Fills me up after drinking it. Sometimes I take it as a meal supplement. Definitely a MUST TRY for u. Value for money too!
Of all the protein powders, casein powder is my favorite. It is probably one of the best quality proteins available as well. The plain flavor is great for mixing into all foods. The chocolate powder is great for shakes or mixing into yogurt. It has the best taste of the protein powders (less metallic flavor). My only complaint is the amount of empty space in the packaging. The ingredients are pretty standard, so no complaints there. The 2 lb size is useful for using in multiple recipes without being so large that it takes up too much space in the pantry.
It is a great quality product. it really works as intended. Will definitely get more soon! Thank you so much for this. it was made of high qualiy ingredients. Plus the packaging and sizes were perfect. over all good quality. i love the smell and the looks of it. im looking forward to purchasing another one!
I have read many reviews on this vanilla-flavored product, both positive and negative, and although I was considered lactose intolerant, I bought it. I did not regret it, thank God, as it did not cause me annoying bloating, and its taste was very acceptable, although I believe that it was extra sweetened. And compared to other brands that make casein protein, I believe that it dissolves well in water, especially if I use a blender.
Decided to switch brands and I have to say I'm coming back to Dymatize! It's priced less as the tried and true Optimum Nutrition Casein per/lb which I've been using for years, but I think it has just a tad more BCAAs but it also has 2.3 grams of L-Leucine which is proven to help with protein synthesis, and we all know you build muscle in your sleep, not when you workout so that's a great little extra!The taste is good and it's VERY low carb. (Basically none) I'm on a cut so carbs/sugar are a deal breaker and this basically has 2g of carbs-- it's entirely protein and nutrients, I think it's less carbs than Optimum Nutrition's variant.It mixes well in water/milk (I get a little bit of clumps but to avoid that I'll add some milk FIRST than add a scoop and top it ...
