The awful/weird smell everyone is referring to could best be described as cow-pie, however, if you are willing to let the already mixed drink sit on the counter for about 5 minutes the smell dissipates, not sure why. Mixes very quickly in shaker bottle, haven’t tried it w/o. Taste is okay, best that can be expected i suppose. I tried both the mocha and the cappuccino. I preferred the mocha, normally in a non protein drink I’d prefer anything without mocha. I came back to purchase another container and noticed that the price went up by ten dollars so I will no longer be purchasing this item. Sizes range from one and a half pounds to five-pound tubs; they all look the same, with different flavors of which I prefer, Chocolate, Vanilla, and Peanut Butter. The reason why I actually love these flavors is because I can add them to a variety of foods that I consume on a daily basis making it less stressful for me to follow a sportsman stricit nutrition regiment. I use Iso 100 powder with my Oatmeal, Pancakes, Smoothies, and other baked items that I love to make from time to time, and also, I use it raw without any addition as a normal post-workout shake, and it also tastes great by itself. However, it’s flavor is just an external expectation about the validity of this product and it’s importance to me as a sports enthusiast, one of the least talked about subjects in both fitness and bodybuilding industries nowadays is the topic of digestibility. To me as a lactose intolerant person, I have suffered a lot through my entire life with such products, and dairy derived proteins that didn’t do me any benefit except bringing a lot of stomach pain and bloating to me. This issue is very relevant in the bodybuilding industry as most of the diets consist of high protein portions, sometimes from sources that are sensitive to some people such as dairy and eggs. Dymatize have actually solved this problem not only by stripping out all of the lactose and fat from the product, but actually adding digestive enzymes to the product to help the body utilize these high amounts of protein and use it in the right way. Another reason that would make me also support this product is the fact that it is actually faster to absorb than other protein products, the reason behind this is that it is pure protein without any trace carbohydrates or fats that disrupts the absorption and utilization process to trigger muscle protein synthesis (The scientific term used to describe the actual process of muscle building). But what comes as the jewel on the crown to me from this product is something else, the actual manufacturing process of this product involves (GMP) Good manufacturing practices, which is a term in the fitness industry that guarantees the right practices at the facility of production, as well as the wellbeing for the people who are responsible for delivering this product to as, not neglecting the two facts of keeping the environment safe and sane, and the product free of banned or suspicious ingredients. At last but not least the product is actually the best bang for the buck as it delivers for products of the same quality the cheapest serving of protein isolate as in grams per dollar.

The 2.7grams of leucine supports the activation of protein muscle synthesis which is key to muscle growth. You also want a product that is low in calories and one that doesn't bloat you, this product only has 120 calories per serving and it doesn't bloat you at all. You will not be disappointed in this product at all, I've been taking it for a month and I've seen significant growth in my body in just the span of 4 weeks. But of course, the results vary from person to person and not everyone will notice growth in the first 4 weeks. As for flavors, personally, I've never strayed away from anything chocolatey tasting, but you guys might have different taste preferences. Best protein powder you can buy!

Hands down the best protein powder I’ve ever had! Reading a couple of the reviews here I have to laugh. It says 100% whey protein isolate right on the bottle. Not sure why anyone would expect anything else… and it’s got plenty of flavor, and it really does taste like cocoa pebbles without all the sugar! Yes, it contains artificial sweeteners, because sugar isn’t good for you and this isn’t a mass gainer! If you want a great tasting protein powder that mixes well, goes down smooth, and is 100% quality protein.. THIS. IS. IT. I will never buy anything else as long as this is on the market.

Great Product, but BIG Price Jump

The product is excellent. 100% whey isolate is the best protein source for fast absorption and utilization. Dymatize uses GMP certified facilities (purity assurance). However, it is now “hydrolyzed” - really just means no lactose. That’s great for lactose-intolerant individuals, but this is now Dymatize’s ONLY 100% whey isolate product. Consequently, those of us without a lactose issue must pay 55% more per pound than their previous 100% whey isolate. That’s a big OUCH, even relative to the current inflationary environment. I am looking at other brands that may provide a better value for the same quality.

I've only had the gourmet chocolate, fudge brownie, and cocoa pebbles, and all three have been great. The fudge brownie tastes like gourmet chocolate in my opinion, but both are amazing. The cocoa pebbles tastes just like the milk at the bottom of the cereal. Macros are incredible, especially for a protein powder, and the consistency is very smooth and dissolves very well (from my experience, best results come from shaking with a metal blender ball). All in all, this is an amazing product and if you're wondering if you should choose this or some other brand, go iso100.

My go to brand

I tend to go for this brand for its trusted in sport and tested for banned substances. Checks all those boxes. I came here to rate the fruity pebbles. Just bought the coco pebbles and fruity one. Opened the fruity one first. It’s weird because it taste exactly like fruity pebbles however it triggers the bitter palate instead of the sweet palate. Despite it tasting the same it hits different on the tongue. Next time I’ll try it with milk maybe that might be the difference I need but I didn’t like it with water. It’s not nasty like I said it does taste exactly like fruity pebbles really good. But just that after taste of bitterness reminds me that it’s definitely an artificial flavor. Hoping the coco one fares better

Over priced, container half full and faint flavor

I was super excited to try this. It's awesome that this has all the essential amino acids from what i recall reading on the container, but it doesn't really feel like it's worth it. The container is half full, and the flavor is a very faint fruity pebbles flavor.It does taste like fruity pebbles, don't get me wrong, but it's not as strong as i was expecting at all. It doesn't even have a protein flavor which is cool. I wish it was stronger. I really wish the container was only half full.Honestly i would only get these if these always had coupons which is one of the reasons i bought it in the first place to get some money out of it.

Best. Protein. Powder. Ever. Flavors, consistencies, and varieties 10/10. Insane macros (nutrition facts). For smoothest consistency, use a blender bottle with a metal blender ball. Gourmet chocolate is the best chocolate based flavor (fudge brownie tastes extremely similar), but the Cocoa Pebbles is a great alternative- it tastes like the milk when the cereal is gone. Took longer than expected to ship, but CP was very helpful and accommodations were made. I'd definitely recommend this flavor, but ISO100 is top tier protein powder.
