I am really unsatisfied for this purchase. This is an expensive productive and I was hoping for a good one for the money I paid. It runs out of battery and even when its put on charge it just switches off. Really annoying for the time it takes to charge again and then work.

Bought this to try to help me deal with my hair during lockdown, Wow! It can tame my coarse, wiry hair and bully it into a style resembling a bob (my hair was short pre lockdown so I am badly in need of a cut) without burning and frizzing the ends. I will be getting a trim shortly in my first appointment since 13th February (today is July 4th) and won’t be getting the short cut I previously favoured because longer hair was too much trouble to deal with! Although expensive, in my opinion, well worth the money, and with my hair in a slightly longer style (after my trim) I won’t need to visit my salon so frequently, so I’ll save money there!

I bought the Corrale along with the Airwrap to tame my afro curls. I loved the idea of less damage, less repeat strokes (saving time!) with the straightener and was generally looking forward to sleeker, more healthy hair. Unfortunately the Corrale that I had purchased had a faulty battery/power issue and even when plugged in with it's cord, it continued to drain battery whilst in use. 30 minutes would never be quite enough for me to straighten all my hair thoroughly so cordless or not, this was not a selling point for me... I was given a brand new one, but the same thing happened. I also learned that another customer had exchanged on the same day, reporting same problem, so maybe it was a bad batch, however for the price tag it disappointed me and left me resorting back to my trusty GHD!For any curly (tight curls and afro too), short - medium hair, the Corrale is quite chunky and I found it difficult and cumbersome to reach right in to my roots and the shorter baby hairs around the nape of my neck, ears and forehead...The plates made my hair feel AMAZING but the straightening effect didn't last as long as I thought (slight humidity and a little puffiness).p.s. I love the Airwrap Smooth and Control, especially the brush attachment, a life changer.p.p.s. I hope Dyson can smoothen out (lol) their issues with the Corrale battery life or maybe make this device more appealing to others with similar hair type to me (i.e. corded is fine, I want reliability! But also a more nimble, thinner device to help reach to the root, consider the price tag, which is extremely hefty and with it comes high expectations!!!!!!!!)
