My son loves his vacuum! He can now vacuum at the same time as me. I have the bigger version of Dyson. It is very hard to unscrew the compartment for the batteries. This is a big flaw on this vacuum. We are using it without the batteries now. My son still loves it though.

This vacuum was SO SMALL! It's s "hand held" vacuum, not a full size pushable one. The hose was bend and dented upon arrival. It was so cheaply made and not worth $27 AT ALL! Your paying for the name Dyson not the toy itself. We are returning this before my son even sees it and getting the shop vac that is MUCH MUCH BIGGER and $2 cheaper that is sold in store only. Buyer beware of this vacuum. Looks can be deceiving when they photoshop a child and make them appear bigger on the box next to it
I ordered this after the toy Dyson ball vacuum that I bought for my son stopped working after a day and a half. I had hoped this one would work better. The static electricity makes the balls stop spinning. And they dont spin on the head. Theyre supposed to, when the tiny wheels on the head are supposed to be spinning on the floor, the balls should spin too. But the wheels are cheaply made and dont connect well enough to make the balls in the head spin. The suction sucks, only good for confetti or tiny foam balls, which I already knew. I just think for this price, I'll spend $10-20 more dollars and get my kid a real vacuum, with the LED lights, attachments, and it will really work lol. She seems to like the suction stage more than the one where the little beads spin around inside the canister. I didn't give this toy a 5 star rating for the age category because I feel the size of the toy is more appropriate for 2-3 year olds rather than 4 and up, since the smaller size would be a hindrance to 'taller and older' children. I read on another review that the 'beater bar' comes unattached easily from the tube and the other reviewer glued the pieces together. We will probably end up doing this as it came apart a couple of times already. Our son has just turned 2 and is obsessed with our Dyson ball vacuum. He loves the Casdon replica because it's almost exactly the same!! Pros: Looks identical to an adults Dyson Fun confetti beads spin when you turn it on, it makes noise but not loud enough to bother parents Comes with the same accessories (small head attachment etc) as an adults Dyson Very good quality Cons: Small size, might be too small for a preschooler, seems to be a lot smaller than other kids toy vacuums. perfect size for a toddler though Suction feature doesn't work, at all. Nothing can get sucked up, even quick oats! Perhaps poly pellets would work, but these are dangerous for kids.
Looks very realistic, almost an exact replica of our vacuum. However, the "suction" is unrecognizable, it wouldn't even suck up wrapping paper confetti (half a dime size). My daughter loves it, but I says disappointed....You are better off buying this but not wasting money on batteries;)
Just what i needed. The wheels are squeaky. Couldve been done better. Plus I thought there was suction but there isnt. Overall great product.
this keeps my 2 1/2 year old daughter's attention for a long time. she enjoys the sounds and how it actually sucks up little tissue bits. gotta be careful cause if the tissue bits are not small enough, they could get stuck inside and it is a little annoying to unplug it. this is definitely a toy I should of gotten the replacement plan for. we bought 4 new c batteries and it only lasted for few days. she plays with it for about an hour a day. overall happy with the purchase even with all the little hiccups
