The product may well be very good but it doesnt fit the product I bought if for which I told the retail person for the Dyson Absolute floor vac. I live a long way from the store so not so easy to get back to get refund. Another store told me it is only for the new handstick vacs. The store needs to train their retail personnel better.

Brushes just causes the vacuum to leak causing weak suction. Could not even pick up peanuts on boost mode let alone dust off crevices. In the end, we just taped the side holes of the crevice tool that came with the Dyson itself. Since you have to hold the trigger to vacuum, it’s impossible to get to awkward spaces with an extension hose anyway. We have an outsize which compounds the problem. Battery also didn’t last long enough to vacuum out 8seater car. A tineco vacuum could have been a much better buy in this regard - has hold trigger and included heaps of attachment ... Attachments very handy for awkward gaps and dusting. Hose could be longer though.
Still getting used to using this but pleased with the flexibility of the attachment which allows getting into difficult places. Need to use maximum power for sliding window grooves. Has been good to get dust off car dashboard.
Very useful cleaning tools for delicated goods and tiny gaps.
This product was faulty and returned for replacement. Unfortunately 2 weeks later we are still waiting, therefore we are unable to comment further at this stage.
However, the bristle brush on the crevice tool does not remain in place when using.
I love Dyson and all the attachments
The duster attachment is the best! It makes cleaning so much easier. So great for skirting boards.
