Bought this as an upgrade from my 2017 dyson big ball.Got to say, it is one of the most efficient and time saving cleans Ive ever used. The vacuum just pulls in dust that the big ball couldnt, the lack of cables makes this awesome and I am able to clean a 42sq house in under 25min.Auto/Medium mode lasts about 30minBoost mode lasts about 15minEco mode lasts about 75minA combination between auto and boost works great, especially when switching from tiles to carpet.I was very skeptical with the laser light feature that was on it. But once you try it, you can really see all the small particles on the ground, makes for a satisfying clean. Love that you cab empty the canister, close it and then press on the vacuum to suck up the extra dust that loves to run after you close the lid.Mobility: With a little flick of that wrist, the vacuum turns so easily and smoothly, that you almost want to keep doing it to the point you get carpal tunnel.Weight: You do end up feeling the weight of the machine after about 10min of holding it, I had to switch hands a few times to offload pressure. However, the efficiency makes it all worth it.Price: Definately on the higher side, but I have no regrets. Got this during the black friday sale. Cheaper than other places.Highly recommend!

This vacuum replaces my previous Dyson V6 and the Gen 5 is significantly better in every way.The first improvement is the push bouton start, no need to hold a trigger whilst vacuuming.The LED display that shows the different dust particles and when they’ve been eliminated , you know when your floor is clean, a great feature along with the light on the soft brush Motor Head.The Motor Head on the carpet attachment is powerful and easy to manoeuvre, as is the soft brush attachment for hard floors. The bin is also larger than my old model.The machine is also surprisingly light, given all the new features and large HEPA Filter.This new model is significantly better in every way. If you are thinking of upgrading, now is the time as it is better than their previous models, I didn’t think they could improve an already great cordless as much as this model delivers!

I bought my Dyson weeks ago and use the vacuum almost daily.ProsAuto mode is the best mode for a deep clean of hard floors and carpet floors.The green light on the hard floor head is fantastic to see where the vacuum has been used and where to go next.Love the indicator on the machine with remaining time left and also the graph on particle sizes collected. I just don't understand what the white, blue and green columns mean whilst vacuuming.Battery is easy to click in and out.Attachments are easy to click in and out.Vacuum container is easy to empty and put back in place.ConsWeight of the stick vacuum feels heavy on the arms after 15 mins of continuous useEco mode does not pick up all the fine particles. I need to go over the same floor area repeating coverage with eco mode.No head attachment seems to be the right fit for stair cases and corners, skirting boards etc.The waste canister fills quicklyWould love to have multiple batteries and chargers to plug in around the house.
