I have 3 thermostats, all diff brands (for I was curious), and a meat thermometer, that all show at least 4 degrees F less than the unit. Positioned within 3ft to the unit. No way is it 76.. It's rather 72 as per all the other devices indeed.

The purifier is very quiet and the Dyson app makes it a breeze to use even if you’re not at home. You can check the air quality of your suburb and home and turn it on from work which is a great feature. It is larger than expected but is very easy to manoeuvre with its in-built wheels. It will be a great comfort to be able to purify the air of our home during the numerous days of hazard reduction burning that we have in Sydney. I can also see the benefit of the fan - which is quite powerful yet reasonably quiet even when at full speed, and will also function to cool the house on warmer days. Works Great!DESIGN: It is definitely not a "small" machine. It is in fact titled the BIG and Quiet. It is very quiet. I actually like the design and it fits well in my living room. It is on wheels so it can easily be moved. The display gives you all of the information you need without being bright and large.APP: The app is does exactly what it should- details all pertinent information.AIR PURIFYING: Works great- Air quality seemed to improve over the week it was used. Moved it to a small bedroom that had a musty smell and the smell dissipated. Particulates are being filtered out of the air before they have a chance to settle.Can’t wait to see how it performs in the years to come!

Temperature is not accurate, i had to return it. They wanted me to mail it back with out paying for shipping if i wanted a new one
Purifies home of harmful chemicals without making any noise. Love the way it keeps monitoring the air quality even when the purifier is turned off. Auto mode is a great feature, adjusts the purifier according to the requirements. I would love it if you can add a heater to it.
The Big + Quiet is just like the name says. We are using this in an open floor plan environment and even if you are nearby, it's super quiet when the fan kicks up. We were previously using an older Dyson air purifier in the same space, and the difference in noise is very noticeable. It's definitely big and looks a little more industrial, but we have it tucked in a corner where it's not as obtrusive. The fan angling is a great feature, too. I like being able to direct the angle of the air flow in one direction rather than the rotating style of the other fans. Looking forward to having this during peak allergy and fire season. The wheels are a nice touch - makes it easy to move if we ever need to.
The airflow is seriously impressive. The way the design plays with the light reflecting off the material turns it into a true work of art. Thanks to the powerful fan circulation, it's able to effectively detect particles from all corners. Integrating with the app is a breeze. Unlike the TP09, the formaldehyde filter doesn't compromise the airflow. In my opinion, this Dyson purifier/fan is without a doubt their finest creation yet, and I'd even consider it the next big leap forward after the TP01.
