Disappointed, they didn't specify that this product was second hand, I bought it thinking it would be a new product from the factory, I only realized it wasn't when it arrived at my house!

Does not deliver...poor suction function, does not heat up to its maximum level so it's impossible to achieve that desired curl. The power fluctates everytime i switch from cool to hot, got me scared to continue use. Item is FINAL SALE ONLY so it's non returnable/ refundable! I paid $400+ for this item which I can only use to dry my hair. Disappointing.

MY ORDER WAS RETURNED BECAUSE ITEM DAMAGED WHILE THEY SHIP IT.UNTIL THAT POINT, I TRY TO UNDERSTAND.THE PROBLEM IS I NEVER RECEIVE MONEY BACK FOR THAT.I CONTACT SERVICE AGENT MORE THAN TEN TIMES.THEY WERE JUST SAYING SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND NEVER SEND ME REFUND FOR 2MONTH.WHAT A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY JUST BLAME EACH OTHER.SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE. NEVER WANT TO COMEBACK!!
The one I received appears to have malfunctioning at some point. The strength of the airflow has been weak since the day I received mine. I have had mine for only a few months and I don’t use it frequently, but it already overheats and shuts down. There is an internal smell char. It’s not my hair. It would have been better to purchase a new one from Nordstrom for the benefit of being able to return or exchange for a new one in the event of any such issues. Now, I have a $400 broken styler…smh
My Dyson airwrap arrived in new perfect condition. I love it, my hair does not get frizzy, I don’t feel like I could burn my hair with the curling barrel like other products. Very easy to learn to use. Arrived on time and as described! Would buy again!
It actually has an issue I have to have it fixed. It works great except where the cord connects to the base of it is loose so it doesn’t stay powered on if I move it and the cord jerks around
