If you live in a relatively small home, you need this hoover. We got it on the Black Friday discount which was excellent. In our flat, hoovering was a two-person job. With narrow stairs and small rooms it was impossible to get everywhere clean and was pretty uncomfortable for us. This hoover has allowed us to quickly get everywhere looking perfect. On its first use it filled up very, very quickly - we think this is because the other hoover did not suck up anywhere near as efficiently as this one. Since then it has not filled up so quickly. The set-up is easy and so is registering the device with Dyson. The only reason you might choose a different one for a bigger home is the battery life but it charges well and quickly. It is so easy to use that you don't need to do everywhere at once because you can easily just pop it in and out and use it for just a few minutes without a big fuss. It also comes with attachments which make it ideal for a car or upholstery. Best home purchase ever!

This vacuum is great for a small space, and the cordless feature is super convenient. However, the battery doesn't last as long, and the storage capacity is quite a bit less than I realized and expected. I also have to pull it apart quite often to clean out the roller.I do vacuum a lot more frequently now that I have it! But you have to be alright with paying the premium price for a pretty satisfactory vacuum.

I love this vacuum. Simple, lightweight, easy to dump the contents into the trash and easy to replace filters. The only annoying this about this unit is how short the battery lasts on high. I have a large dog who tracks in a substantial amount of dirt and sand, so using the max power setting is often necessary on carpets and where he lays down. Dyson obviously could make a swapable battery on this easily, but they don’t because they’d rather you upgrade to a nicer model with that option. So basically, for an extra $45 you can make your own easily interchangeable battery set hack. Purchase a higher amp aftermarket battery online, a roll of grey Velcro , and a few pieces of Velcro tape. Remove the dirt canister and filter section to expose the screws, remove all three ... MoreI love this vacuum. Remove the dirt canister and filter section to expose the screws, remove all three holding the battery in place (one is located on the back of the handle). Place a piece of Velcro tape on the bottom of each battery and put everything back together. Use a strip of the Velcro strapping to wrap around and hold the battery in place and there you go. All you have to do when the battery runs out is empty the dirt, slide the filter and dust bin off and remove the Velcro to change the battery. It’s a bit annoying but it’s definitely less annoying than having to wait 3 hours before you can finish the job. Especially since the high setting only works for under 10 minutes before going dead. All in all, great vacuum with a simple hack that makes it more sensible. Still think Dyson is being greedy for not just incorporating this into the design.
