So, I personally was very excited to try this primer. Not only had I heard great things about it, but I hadn't used a face primer in years. I bought it, and when I used it for the first time I am lost for words on how incredibly soft, smooth, and light my face felt. This primer is awesome! I had redness issues on my face, and since using this product my face and makeup looks so much better than before. There isn't anything I dislike, and totally recommend that everyone should try it out!!

I ended up not liking this product but not because of the product. But the good medium thick product that spreads well. Does very well compared to the other primers they have. It works well on redness and small acne. But this product did make my skin redder afterwards, But after using my regular face cleanser the redness went away. I do have very sensitive skin. An elf is known for their gentle products.

I have SUPER sensitive skin, and I am very picky about what I put on my face. I have struggled with acne (have been on Accutane 3x) my whole life. I read many reviews before deciding to order, but I was still nervous because e.l.f. isn’t necessarily known for their skin care. I’ve been using this for 3+weeks now, and I absolutely love it. I never wear makeup, and I wanted to find something that could keep my skin matte through out the day because it’s SO oily. This product keeps my skin from being overly oily, and it doesn’t dry or break my face out. I use this every morning. This product is a must for me now, but ALWAYS listen to your skin! It may not be for your skin, but it may be worth a shot!

I’ve been loving elf products lately and their primers especially are excellent. It’s such a light and silky texture, all skin types would love this product. The purple shade brightens dull or yellow skin skin tones. It’s infused with lavender which is a bonus to help reduce redness from rosacea, blemishes and dry skin. It such a perfect canvas before applying my makeup and makes my foundation last all day.

I feel like this product does pretty much what it is supposed to do. It is super lightweight really easy to use, you just put it on before you start your makeup. It helps my skin even out, but sometimes makes my face a little paler which I don’t like. Other than that, it works really well with evening out my skin tone and helping my makeup look more put together. I don’t use it a whole lot, only when my skin is extra bad and I feel like I need to. Would definitely recommend if you feel like you have I ever skin tone because of redness and blemishes.

I did not like this primer at all. I needed to order more primer and grabbed this as a stand-in, and I had three pimples coming up by the end of the day. Additionally, my makeup was practically melting off of my face after just a few hours, which normally does not happen. Also, it made my pores look huge, and they’re not! My skin is generally pretty fine-textured but I looked like a citrus fruit in full makeup. It was not a great experience, I will never use it again— straight in the bin. I don’t know if I got an expired bottle or a wonky batch, but it would have been better if I’d just not used primer that day. I am disappointed because E.L.F. usually has generally ok cosmetics in a pinch. Not this one, at least not for me.

This product is good for women with oily skin after using this product many times I can say I see a difference. I’ve struggled with using other products and my face breaking out but since I have used this product i have had less breakouts. I don’t have an caked up or greasy appearance when using the primer before applying foundation. Compared to other primers iv used this product is very affordable and works great on my acne prone skin. I definitely recommend this primer and will be recommending this to many friends and family.

This is like magic in a bottle, I'm not exaggerating at all (maybe a little). I have been using it on and off for a few weeks and what a difference it makes to my skin texture! I get this little bumps on my forehead that I assume are dead skin that got stuck and this stuff has completely got rid of them. Not to mention my overall complexion just looks a bit more even. I have sensitive skin and I'm surprised this hasn't cause any irritation, it's really quite gentle on my skin and I haven't had any issues or reactions. I assumed it would be green..

Bought this thinking it would be green ya know because the container is green and it says blemish control. Well it's not. I bought it in store so I couldn't see the actual color until I got home. I thought whatever I bought it so I'm going to try it. First off it made my makeup look awful with multiple different foundations. Second it caused me to breakout so bad and I just got my acne under control.

I grabbed this while I was looking for products to help with stress acne and color correction. I put on a small amount after doing my regular skin care routine, after my moisturizer, and when I started to put on my foundation I found several areas peeling away in big lines. Gross. I was happy with the price point and it was fine as an experiment, and my skin looks okay after using it (no reaction from my sensitive skin), but the peeling made this an extremely disappointing purchase.
