To remove ear wax build up, spray 1 to 2 doses into each ear canal 3 to 5 times a day, until ear wax is completely removed. To prevent ear wax build up, spray 1 to 2 doses into ear canal 1 to 2 times per week. To prevent water becoming trapped, spray 1 to 2 doses into ear canal directly before swimming.
