I was super apprehensive about purchasing these earplugs. I’ve never owned any before, only using the single use foam ones from the chemist for gigs, and they are never comfy. These are absolutely game changing. They fit like a dream and are super comfortable in my ears. They cancel out a lot of noise without disrupting sound quality. I can wear them for an entire metal gig and not leave with ears ringing for days after. They’re also very secure in my ears, and I can safely mosh without too much worry of losing them. Occasionally I’ll need to stop and push them back in, but that’s expected at a heavy show.Overall, I wish I had bought a pair of these years earlier.Definitely get a pair, your ears will thank you.

I am sleeping the best I have in years because of these ear plugs. They don't hurt my ears, they stay in all night, and they don't cause that horrible sound like you're snorkeling and you can hear yourself breathe.I use one plug, break it in half, and roll each half into a ball. In the morning I pop them out, clean if necessary, and roll them together and back into the container. The only question I do have is what's the best way to dispose of them? They're silicone which o believe can be recycled but not in the home recycling bin. It would be nice if Ear Jobs had a return program (although, that might be gross).

Wore it the first time to a metal gig last night. I feel like they do a pretty good job protecting my ears, I already have noise induced tinnitus way before it but I returned home not feeling worse. Heard the music pretty clear. They stayed in my ears well even while I was in the mosh pit. I have small ear holes. Wish they are a little bit more comfortable though.

I had some VIBES plugs before these. They weren't bad but got damaged so thought I would try a pair of the MusicMate Pros. Tried them for the first time at a show at the Corner Hotel in Richmond, Melbourne - the guitarist Christone "Kingfish" Ingram. He was feel it in your chest and clothes vibrating LOUD and these did a pretty good job. Probably better than the VIBES. I am in my 60s so I no longer think coming home from a rock show with my ears ringing is a great idea. If I was a regular attendee at super loud shows something a bit better might be required - but happy with this purchase. They will be Ok for most of the gigs I go too.
These are great for sleeping. Because they're soft silicone they mold to your ears. You don't really twist and push them into your ear like others I've used. I just sort of put them in and mold it in a bit. I thought they would fall out but they stayed in every time. When you wake up they're flattened out a bit and are really easy to take out. With normal ones I've either had them fall out and had to hunt for them in the morning or struggled to get a hold on them because they've been pushed in deeper from sleeping on the my side, this same action just makes the soft silicone ones flatten out and make them easier to take out.The sound deadening (is that a word?), is good for me. They seem to block (I know that's a word), the stuff that stops you from dropping off to sleep without isolating you completely from anything you need to wake up to.Great product that's given me some great sleep when I've needed it.
I’m really sensitive to loud environments, so I bought these to use at a concert and also at loud pubs and breweries. They do exactly what they are meant to. They dampen the noise level, but you can still clearly hear the music and the people you are trying to talk to. It made being in a loud environment less overwhelming and painful. The only downsides are that you can hear your own breathing really loudly- seriously, I sounded like a dragon in my own head. And it feels like you are shouting to others, so I was very mindful of my speaking volume. Eating and drinking is also mega amplified. Just something to keep in mind if that sort of thing is difficult for you. They are kind of tricky to get out of your ears too. Sounds like I’m complaining a lot, but they really ... I use ear plugs for sleeping and they fit very snug. I thought these would be the same but allowing noise to come through the centre. However the end bit is extremely narrow and just doesn't fit well in my ear, it feels like they're going to fall out all the time and don't provide the sound attenuation I was expecting. I use the small or medium ear buds with my phone so it's not like I have unusually large ears.
I wear them in many situations from gigs, to clubbing, to driving in traffic, to using chainsaws / lawnmowers, to protecting my hearing at work (manufacturing site). I keep them on my keys, they are great for everything.Actually makes gigs better, I can hear people talking to me over the music easier, the music quality is not hindered at all, and I can sleep soundly without my ears ringing afterwards.Super comfortable, very discreet. Can get clogged with wax, but easy enough to clean out, and doesn't change the sound at all.
Very comfortable being entirely soft unlike the Vibes plugs which have a hard bit. Sound is average. Best explanation is like holding a seashell up to your ear. Kind of like higher pitched reverb. Thought it was poor sound engineering at the concert at first but changed to Vibes plugs and the sound improved. Premium case is very tricky to open one handed (i.e. with a beer in the other)
I wore these out to a bar with loud live music but lots of interaction with my table mates and the performers - I was really worried that I wouldn't be able to hear my friends, but in fact I could hear the music very clearly at what seemed to be a sensible volume, plus I could very easily hear my friends when they spoke to me. The only thing is that when I speak it sounds like I'm underwater, but that's really fine. I'm very impressed and I'm so glad I bought these. They're also very subtle, hardly visible (see photos) and very comfortable, I wore them for about four hours and once forgot they were even in there.
