I purchased a benchtop jug after seeing a post on Facebook. I received my item quickly and safely packaged. The taste difference is exceptional. I didn't know water could taste so great. Everybody in the house uses it and we all feel better for it. Once you make the switch you'll never go back to tap water. The filters are easy to use and they filter the water fast so you don't have to wait. Great company, great product and great tasting clean, clear water. You won't regret buying from Earths Water.

I am SO happy I purchased this. Our tap water is obviously undrinkable as are most people’s. I used to purchase alkaline box water every second day. I equated how much that cost per year and nearlly fell off my chair. Not only are we saving money, benefiting our bodies but the freshness and hydration has been noticed by all in our home. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time! Thankyou

I love my new Earth's Water Filter Jug Pitcher. It was easy to follow the instructions to set it up and the jug looks great too. What is even better is the water. No longer does it have the horrible smell and taste you get from tap water. Now I have beautiful clean water that's as clear as a mountain stream. No more nasties and feeling healthier already. Found the jug very easy to use. No issues with the ordering process or delivery. Hard to know if it’s doing what it should and is filtering out the impurities from the water. We have an under sink unit as well (which doesn’t filter fluoride) so we’re trying a two pronged approach. Water tastes fine, so we’re reasonably happy with the purchase.
We were using Brevity water filters for years now. I was intrigued by this new water filter ad that popped up on Insta feed and bought it as a new year gift to our family. Product arrived quickly. Easy to use. I chose this brand/jug partly because of the size - only I use the water, and jug is the right size for me. In saying this, the water filters through quickly. The ongoing cost of the filters, and how long they last, was also a factor in my purchase. I found I couldn't get the digital display to work at first (I emailed customer service, and they helped), and actually I find it useless - it counts down from 70 days, to give you 20 days to order a filter. Apparently the company emails you anyway as a reminder, and I can just put a reminder in my calendar anyway. Jug could do without this gimmicky feature. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.
We have purchased two of these now, so we're never without beautiful fresh tasting water with no nasties at both our homes.I absolutely love the jug and the biggest seller for me was the flouride being removed as well as the filter lasting 3 months.I did find that my 1st filter only lasted around 9 week, but I am not sure if I went over 350 litres or not. But it definitely needed changing earlier than 3 months.
Taste was ok at first, but after few days of using it, I didn’t like the aftertaste of the water. Same with my daughter’s experience. There’s a weird taste tasting like ? “ rusty metal” or not sure. The bitter taste is okay As I expect it but not the different aftertaste taste which other water filters doesn’t have.
Absolutely love this filter. I've used a few water filters over the years, but never noticed anything different. I decided to get Earths water when my tap water started getting constantly murky. Water from the Earths water jug tastes SO much better that I now don't like any tap water. Plus, it's quick enough that I can fill water bottles for my family of 4 within a few minutes.
