I am using this powerboard with a Raspberry Pi 4 + SSD, Router, NVR, x2 Switches (small ones) and 2x mini cooling fans - the software is reporting 47minutes standby time which I think is pretty impressive. Easy to setup, but it's not exactly compact and is quite a heavy piece of kit.

Running a video show at a concert of over 7000 people on a NUC Extreme I wanted some reassurance that if we lost power that the computer and monitors would stay stable while we restarted the projectors. Of course it didn't happen in the show but it was reassuring when everything kept going when I pulled the power to test it!

Very convenient device. Frees up an extra power multi-board. Note: Only 4 ports have battery backup, other 4 are for surge protection only. The gap between the 2x 4 power strips needs to be wider because with a router power plug (that hangs further out vs a normal computer plug), it goes over and covers the USB ports and will block ability to plug another device into the other power port opposite it.

Should have purchased one of these a while ago, have not had power cut at this stage (hopefully not at all) but with this I should not lose any of the project I am working again.Would recommend anyone doing work that is important, should have something like this to give them protection.

I'm very pleased with this UPS, at this price it is an absolute winner. It supports a few smart home devices and is able to keep them running for quite a while. The USB ports are a neat extra, I use them quite often to charge devices. The only downside is the baffling inward socket orientation. I would have to fit a few adapters to use the extra four surge protected sockets.

Been using other brands of UPS over the years and have had nothing but issues. Short life, bulky and batteries failing prematurely. This is a good buy- cheaper with bigger battery capacity and more outlets. Warranty is better too.Yes it’s still quite big, but with 8 outlets you can get rid of all your other power boards and use this (4 of the outlets are surge protection only).Only downside is the outlets are close together, so with DC power adapters plugged in it can be a squeeze- I had to cut the “wings” off my Raspberry Pi adapter.USB charging ports are a nice addition.Overall a good product and I’m very happy.

The plugs are the wrong way around and too close together so I can't use all the outlets. Very poor design. Also, I can't work out how to change any settings. I go to the website listed in the manual but there is no app to download or other information - sent a support message and never got a reply. I would probably get another Dynamix one if doing it again - that worked well and easy to customise.

Great purchase, got it on a good sale about a month ago. Using the linux Network UPS Tools (NUT) to monitor it, fully supported, works well. Running a few devices on it, with master/slave auto shut down. Battery is easy to access if required.Only con is like other people have mentioned, the sockets point inward, so make sure any adapters you are using won't interfere before purchase. I knew this going in and works fine for what I have, standard moulded plugs and raspberry pi power supply (wings need trimming - same as any other power board - really not sure what the RPI foundation was thinking with that design).

Generally this has been working well, through a few recent power surges everything has remained stable. But it will not be able to self power down in an emergency because I have needed to uninstall the software. It is probably not compatible with Windows 11. There have been so many problems with the software. I have tried to reach out to tech support, but there has been no response.

Almost 2 years and still going strong. Saved me a few times during power outages. But some things dont work on this UPS when running on battery power like my router and ethernet switch which was pretty lame so its just keeping my PC up... IPP software is cool I finally actually configured it for my 'server' to shutdown and power on gracefully. Set bios power state to 'always power on after power loss' to have the PC power back on after a graceful shutdown... and set IPP to turn off the outlet group after shutdown.
